Exist to the beat of your own heart and life will dance to the rhythm of the universe.
From the protected waters of the womb, the first vibration we ever feel as a living organism is the beating of our mother’s heart. The first sound we ever hear is that nurturing pulsating beat… Boom-boom, Boom-boom, Boom-boom… The heart is the first rhythm we exist, flow and dance to. The first organ our embryonic-selves develops is… you got it… The heart! As our heart grows, so too do we, from birth into adulthood — both physically and intrinsically. The heart is where we begin to understand the possibilities of the internal and external world. The heart moves love through our lives. Love is the ultimate healing force and as such, the heart is our healing centre.
