ZRO Delta actually began with the startup of an aluminum foundry manufacturing machined components for racing motorcycles in 1960. Coating Specialists, Inc.
This introduction into the world of metal casting soon outran motorcycles and over the next 25 years spawned a full service foundry organization producing foundry patterns, tooling and a wide range of aluminum, bronze and iron castings. In 1985, we ventured from the casting manufacturing industry into a service organization offering assistance to customers in procurement of tooling and all manner
of cast products. With our foundry background, we were able to assist and become the “one-stop” shop for tooling, castings, machining and become the managers of the customers’ inventory. As we progressed, in 2000, to assure quality products and positive deliveries, we initiated another change in our organization. We built our first building, bought our first CNC lathe along with some manual machinery and started full, finished and inventoried products for turn-key complete products for our customers. During 2008, we opened an engineering and logistics office in Shanghai, China, and more recently in 2014, a full machining facility in Suzhou, China. Now, with the best staff available, we have grown our U.S. facility to over 66,000 square feet, dozens of precision CNC lathes and mills, fully-automated Laser Cutter, CNC Press Brake, fabrication capabilities, and full CAD/CAM engineering facilities to service a wide range of products and a wide variety of customers and industries. (CSI) was formed in 2016 to fulfill our customer needs and diversify our business. CSI’s facility is 5,000 square feet, which includes powder coating, Cerakoting, hydro graphics and several other processes for various materials. Today, ZRO Delta, a division of CSJB Holdings, Inc., through the license acquisition of all products, technology, and IP of Samak Enterprises (Alamo Four Star (A4S)), manufactures quality optic mounts and firearm accessories. ZRO Delta carries forward the reputation for quality mounting solutions, muzzle brakes, and other precision shooting related accessories.
