To all of our friends that celebrate, have a Happy Rosh Hashanah, and a GIANT THANK YOU to Anshe Sholom B'nai Israel Congregation for having us back once again to help all of the kiddos celebrate! We had a blast and feel honored to have been a part of Camp Shana Tova for over 6 years! We can't wait for many more years to come!

As a company that teaches Tumbling, we feel the need to take a moment like so many others, to say how much we admire and support Simone Biles for her difficult and courageous choice. This choice is NOT about giving up. This choice is about ensuring she can continue.🖤

Biles performs the hardest and most complicated gymnastics skills in the world and even has 4 maneuvers named after her. To quote her, “you have to be there 100 percent or 120 percent because if you’re not the slightest bit, you can get hurt.” The level of possible injury increases with the level of skill you are trying to achieve and when you are literally the highest level gymnast in the world, these possible injuries most definitely could be life-threatening if you have the "Twisties" or your "mentals" are off.

The world of gymnastics is notorious for pushing its athletes well beyond what is healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. On top of the immense amount of pressure that is put on the stars of the sport. Countless times Gymnasts have been forced to compete with injuries that most people wouldn't be able to handle just walking on. Doing so can and has caused permanent irreversible damage, ended careers, resulted in paralysis and even death. Faulting someone who is arguably the leading expert in the sport for not wanting to take that chance, is a huge part of everything that's wrong with the world of Gymnastics.

No matter what anyone says, Simone Biles IS the GOAT and we feel she is definitely doing the right thing by making the choice to protect her body and mind. We can only hope that her influence continues to reshape what it means to be a Gymnast.

George's Gym was born in July of 2008, so this month we are turning the lucky number 13 and officially a teenager!!!

In true teenager fashion, we gave George's Gym a makeover and are so excited to announce the relaunch of our in-person programs to the general public!

We are coming back with a renewed and stronger focus on providing equitable and accessible programming to underserved communities. So please take a moment to view our Reopening Announcement to see all of our changes and updates that will make that happen!

We are so happy and excited to be finally reaching the end of the craziest year (and then some) of our lives and we can't wait to see you again soon!🥰🤟

George's Gym - Chicago George's Gym is a completely mobile business for kids. We bring Tumbling, Fitness and Motor Skill Development Classes to wherever out clients desire, as well as customized Birthday Parties.

Thank you once again to everyone who has participated in our fundraiser thus far!

Between our FOUR different giving options, (FB, GoFundMe, Zelle & Venmo) and the matching funds, we have collected over $1,600.00!!! But we still have close to $400 to go and the rest of this week and weekend to get there!

The FB giving option is done, but we still have the other THREE, with Venmo and Zelle being our most preferred method. All options and information can be found through the link below.

Side note: For the sake of transparency, the matching funds were added to the GoFundMe option if anyone wants to check it out.😉
