I was out speaking to voters today and was approached by 20y/o Kelly who wanted to thank me and the SNP for everything we do for young people. She is studying a Degree in Psychology, and had just started a job today at Craigleith Retail Park. Free bus travel has played a significant part in her ability to start the job. She and her brother were raised by a single parent working parent, and only because of the SNP commitment to free university education has she been able to study.

I was absolutely delighted to be invited along to Queensferry and Dalmeny Parish Church Coffee Morning to meet all the wonderful volunteers. I couldn't leave empty handed with all the lovely books and plants for sale.

Beautiful sunshine at Lauriston Castle earlier today. We are blessed in West Edinburgh with an abundance of wonderful green spaces.

Very disappointed that this School and Community Hud isn't going to be ready on time for pupils starting school in August. I'll be asking some serious questions on Tuesday to Education Officers as to why there has been delays - that are going to cause unnecessary disruption to families and school pupils - when the deadline has been known for such a long time.
