A nice … it may go well with a happy Sunday

I got some DM’s about this bottle, the Snow Phoenix, and I have 2 in my . The is made by combining Oloroso and American oak casks that have been aged between 13 and 30 years. This has a great story too, it’s sourced from warehouses whose rooves had collapsed on 7th January 2010 under the hundreds of tonnes of snow that had fallen in Speyside that winter. They only made 12 000 of these release so I am glad I have two of them.
