Found another issue where the reports we're pulling don't have unique IDs so we were combining report ID, and Line Item to be a unique ID. Turns out Contributions and Expenses can have overlapping line items so now we're taking that into account when determining if a line item is unique or not.

Update on server to filter out donation amendments. Issue reported by Mike Norris's campaign via email that a donation was showing amendments, showing repeated instances of a single donation and misrepresenting donation totals.
