Lessons N Sessions, LLC a newly established, group private practice in New Jersey is looking for part time clinicians to join our group practice as Independent Contractors (ICs) for both our Highland Park and Somerset locations. We are looking for clinicians to provide primarily in person services to our clients and will accept a split in person and remote arrangement. Requirements include being fully licensed with the State of New Jersey and 3 years post independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice experience, registered with CAQH and paneled with at least 1 commercial insurance/s.

Compensation is a percentage, based upon income received and paid monthly. Therapist much have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family systems, LGBTQIA, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and our recognition in the community. LNS provides a stream of referrals as well.

Ideal candidates must be culturally competent, creative, independent, and engaged in the process of wellness for the community and themselves. We are looking for clinicians who will enhance our culture of inclusivity, collaboration, support, and progression.

Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples or family counseling primarily in an outpatient office setting and remotely when needed. Perform intake assessments. Participate in monthly, group case consultation. Must have a strong sense of boundaries and demonstrate a commitment to self-care as a form of business practice and integrity. Willingness and/or interest in participating in various marketing and community engagement services.

Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctorate.
• Current State of NJ license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCADC, etc.
• Willing to work 20 direct service hours per week or more, including some evenings and weekends.
• Minimum of 3 years post independent licensure, will seek references.
• Must maintain professional liability insurance and CEU requirements based upon applicable state licensing board.
• Please do not apply if you are provisionally licensed (LSW, LAC, etc.)
• Preferably paneled with at least 1 commercial insurance; will assist with expanded credentialing and network participation.
• Prior private practice experience a plus.
