Affirmations Challenge Day 10 - Get up there on that emotional mountain top of awesome and get it out into the world, to you - you tell you how it is and how its going to be! Have you created a positive change in you? Maybe all the things you're affirming haven't come to be (yet) - but maybe the way you feel about living your days to create them is different. Maybe you are simply waking up more ready to greet the day because you saying goodnight to it with positivity or intention. Either way, this is day 10, the day you decide whether to keep it, make it part of the routine or bag it all together. Either way, it was a tool you will know exists just in case you might someday need to use it :). We will end much how we started, drop a ratings comment, 10 being totally natural and comfortable - made my day at least 10 times better and I am never missing my affirmations to 0 being oh my gosh that was sooooo awkward and I'm so glad to be done, sound off where you are and where you are going with affirmations. Don't worry 0 is TOTALLY cool, nothing is everyone's inspiration and our next challenge might help you reconsider, OR be a better version of something similar for you. Thanks for RIDE-ing along, and hope to set you off on another path of determination and empowerment tomorrow with a new challenge.
Affirmations Challenge Day 9 - Now, you might be putting affirmations into the universe up to 3 times a day at this point. I don't always re-affirm around 3:30, and I don't leave me alarm on to do so unless I'm really feeling a slump. Alarm fatigue is real and I don't want to begin to de-value my affirmations by beginning to blow them off in the afternoon, so if you're not feeling that alarm or have been ignoring it - turn it off, its just a tool if you need it later. Stay strong in the morning, setting your intention and igniting your motivations and driving desires for the day and sending yourself off positively to sleep at night. LIKE if you're still in it. Drop a comment if you're snoozing or keeping your midday alarm for a bit.
Affirmations Challenge Day 8 - If your morning affirmations are breathing spark into and igniting your day, try integrating a simple bedtime affirmation into your bedtime routine. LIKE once you've spoken your ideal vision into the world this morning, and comment "Done" once you've jotted down a simple bedtime affirmation.
Mine is super simple, I will wake up at (my goal time to wake up) feeling refreshed and full of energy, knowing I have gotten the perfect amount of sleep to make the best of, and be my best for the day.
Keep that little note to yourself at your bedside or under your pillow, and challenge yourself to finish the affirmation challenge STRONG, by repeating your simple bedtime affirmation tonight, on night 9 and night 10!
Affirmations Challenge Day 7 - every morning you build positive affirmations into your routine and your habits you are feeding the positivity, you are choosing to drive your thoughts and intentions beyond clarity and into abundance. You've got this, and hopefully are starting to believe your own words, separating yourself from the limiting thoughts that were previously holding you back, beginning to see infinite abundance. We will make today easy, LIKE if you're up for another day of speaking your affirmations into the universe, and comment with a "gif" to make us laugh when you're done - spreading your happiness.
Affirmations Challenge Day 6 - is your wording doing it for you? I know we've focused and re-focused, but I've found that instead of using language like I will, or using a future tense in your words - use NOW. Make sure you are speaking your words into your life as though you are LIVING your ideal TODAY. Don't let your affirmations feed you someday, let them speak to your core and your soul today. Before you gather your full force, tidal wave of positivity and empowerment today, make sure you are telling yourself you are living that ideal already, even if you still have some (or a lot) of work to do to get there. LIKE if you're up to it, feel free to drop me some line via PM or comment if you need some help with word-smithing, and comment done when you've completing speaking your affirmations into the universe as though you are living your ideal today.
Affirmations Challenge Day 5 - Day 5 Double Day - get your paper, as messy or beautiful as it may be, get on that emotional high and get those words into the universe, speak them as loud and as true as you can... and then set a cell phone alarm or reminder to do it one more time later today. Pick a time you feel you normally hit a wall or start to lose your spark in the day. Mine if usually around 3 or 3:30 when my mind starts to get tired and wander other places, stealing my focus. LIKE if you're up to it, drop a comment when you're done with you affirmations and have your alarm set.
Affirmations Challenge Day 4 - not much different here today folks, its about committing and following though, you know the drill (and if not re-read one of the other challenge days ;) ). "Our quality of life is created by the quality of our habits" - Unknown I whole-heartedly believe and chose 10 day challenges because its just enough to give it a real try and decide if its a good habit for you - keep or leave it, you're almost half way through your test run on affirmations. LIKE if you're up for it, and when you're done YEAH! If the habit is working for you. INDIFFERENT. If you're still not clear. MEH. If you're up to finish the challenge, because you're not quitter! But affirmations just aren't doing it for you. And BLEH! For now, I'm out and I'll tune back in when we are RIDE-ing somewhere else.
Affirmations Challenge Day 3 - through consistency in your daily affirmations you are positively programming your thoughts and beliefs to create success. So you know the drill, get on that wave of high, empowered, conquering the world today emotion and get those affirmations out into the universe!
LIKE if you're up to it, and to let us know you're done with a simple "I rocked this" or high five statement of your own.
Affirmations Challenge Day 2 - keeping drafting, fix the things wording that didn't feel fluid or 100% speak to you. Gather up all of your positive energy on top of the world now, and get them out there, reading to yourself, looking yourself in a mirror, aloud, as loud as you can. LIKE if you're up to it, and when you're done, share with us when you're doing them in your day, and how frequently you're committed to doing them.
Affirmations Challenge Day 1 - helpful hints for ex*****on of getting the most out of your affirmations:
1. If you are still meditating and setting your intention for the day, start with that first to clear your head and find your calm.
2. Tap into your emotions, think of a time you felt on top of the world, a time when you knew you had done the absolutely best you were capable of and everything fell together perfectly as a result, a time when you were inspired by life, joy and most of all, YOURSELF
3. Read your affirmations, say them aloud, look at yourself in the mirror, put them into the universe as you ride your wave of emotion
LIKE if you're up to it, when you're done on the 0-10 scale 10 being totally natural and comfortable - come on I do this every day already and 0 being oh my gosh that was sooooo awkward, sound off how you felt putting your affirmations into the universe.
Building Affirmations Day 6 - our last day of planning before the construction (challenge) begins! Review your work, make modifications, make sure your formula includes how often, how much or many, and precise time frames. Start small - don't try to bend the space/time continuum - start with a smaller daily or weekly goal and decide when you are ready to increase it intuitively, or set a goal date and commit to evaluating that day. Add inspirational quotes or philosophies in your margins and anytime you hear or see a quote that inspires you, re-draft, tape it on top, add a post-it, doesn't matter but stay drafting and stay inspired!
Building Affirmations Day 5 (we're almost done building!), now you have defined what, why, who and how... so now write down the actions you are committed to taking to get there. What are you going to do every day, consistently, without fail, to make your vision of your ideal life a reality. Hopefully this builds on your who and how - but now you dive into the details of when, what time, how frequently, by when? The more specific you are, the more powerful it is, and you can adjust as necessary as you get going, but do your best today to get it all out in front of you in black and white... or pink, purple, orange, teal (I'm a fan of using markers and pens :) ) LIKE if you're up to it, feel free to share as much as you want or just "done" when you've gotten it as far as you can for the day. This stuff is super personal so only share what you feel will add fuel to your engine by putting into the universe if you're ready.
Building Affirmations Day 4 - yeah I know its A LOT of work to get to the challenge part - but remember:
Things do not change, WE change. - Henry David Thoreau
Affirmations are an amazing way to start, commit, and see your positive change to fruition. Today you should have your what and you why started to a point they seem more tangible, don't worry if you make minor edits every single time you look at them. I encourage you to, if it doesn't speak to your dreams, it needs change! With everything you have already created, today add to those affirmations however many or few WHO you need to be to make it happen, WHAT you need to do, and COMMIT to being and doing those things, in as many or as few words as you need to, to speak to YOU. LIKE if you're up to it, feel free to share as much as you want or just "done" when you've gotten it as far as you can for the day. This stuff is super personal so only share what you feel will add fuel to your engine by putting into the universe if you're ready.
Affirmation Building Day 3 - this was the /hardest/ thing for me to do, because now you have to figure out WHY and I mean really WHY YOU WANT that vision, what will it make better, what will it bring you, WHY - fair warning, WHY is really hard. For every affirmation, now detailed in your ideals, you must draft a compelling why. An extraordinary, compelling, overcoming, motivating, stop at nothing WHY to drive to toward your affirmation. It should evoke emotion, it should add to clarity, most important it needs to bring meaning enough that you could overcome any sum or problems or obstacles because this why drives you so profoundly toward you goal. Your why should define why you wake up each day and work toward your ideal vision. This is tough, but like clarifying it may not all come together again, and remember all affirmations are in a constant state of draft, so as we move forward - use pen and cross things out, edit and change - when it gets to messy re-write it, and then do more! The beauty of it is, you are in constant control of what it is driving you towards your best, toward your ideal, toward you dream and best version of self. Your WHY helps your RIDE on without question. LIKE if you're up to it, feel free to share as much as you want or just "done" when you've gotten it as far as you can for the day. This stuff is super personal so only share what you feel will add fuel to your engine by putting into the universe if you're ready.
Affirmation Building Day 2 - So hopefully you were able to write down at least SOME of the areas of your life you have a vision or dream for that you aren't currently living. Again, remember - you don't have to focus on them all at once. Today, if you haven't already, prioritize them in the order you plan to address them. I started with two, because my affirmations were loooooonnnnnngggggg - because they very clearly to the detail articulate exactly what I want those areas of my life to look like. To build onto that, I took my top two priorities I was ready to work on today, NOW, and clarified in writing, what I really wanted. My ideal, I get everything I want, its all my vision of perfect, exactly what I want those areas to look like. This may take some time, some drafting. I still use pen because I don't mind crossing things out, you might start this morning, but then come back a few times throughout the day, or as the building blocks progress to tweak your ideal vision to perfection for you! That's the challenge today, to at least start on the process, and know that it will change as you change and that's the point! So just get started on it today, knowing and being okay with that it will never be complete or perfect and that's the beauty of it. Your dream and vision is open to the endless waves of transformation as you drive your future toward the best version of you and of life possible! LIKE if you're up to it, feel free to share as much as you want or just "done" when you've gotten it as far as you can for the day. This stuff is super personal so only share what you feel will add fuel to your engine by putting into the universe if you're ready.
Building Affirmations Day 1 (sorry this is a longer post but try to stick with me, you won't regret it). Defining what YOU really WANT. Affirmations aren't in my opinion the power of "The Secret". Rather, its a way to tap into ourselves to find encouragement and program your mind with the beliefs, attitudes, behaviors and HABITS that are vital to being able to attract, create and sustain your ideal, best life ever. Sounds like a lot, right? It is, and you affirmations are a "living" thing, they are always in draft, always changing, dynamic because as you grow, they may need to grow or change as you accomplish. You affirmations must clearly articulate EXACTLT what you want your life to be like in each area. I chose health/fitness, mindset, finances, marriage, kids, friendships, God/The Medicine Wheel, career, education, personal growth and horses. Seems like A LOT huh? That's okay, because you don't have to work on them all at once, those are just areas in my life TODAY I have a vision and a dream for. So today the challenge is a little simpler - just identify the areas of YOUR life you have a vision and a dream for that you aren't living yet. LIKE if you're up to it, feel free to share as much as you want or just "done" when you've gotten it as far as you can for the day. This stuff is super personal so only share what you feel will add fuel to your engine by putting into the universe if you're ready.
Meditation is great right? It can make amazing changes in your life to start your day with intention. In addition to mediation there are a lot of strategies and skills to make the most out of your days and pursue your best life ever filled with energy, gratitude and joy. The next challenge is a bit more complicated than meditation and will take some prep work... so who is in for tapping into their most powerful intentions, working toward ending negative self-beliefs and truly lighting their own fire with AFFIRMATIONS - so take a deep breath and maybe grab a pen and paper for tomorrow - not to take notes but to begin writing your destiny!
Meditation Challenge Day 10 - congratulations RIDErs, you’ve taken some time over the last few days consistently, or missing a day or two, to clear your mind and focus your intention for the day. If it helped, think of how you might permanently integrate meditative practice into every (most) mornings. Is meditation in the morning here to “stay” for you; do you need more time to decide? Or going away? 🙂. Tomorrow marks the beginning of a new practice to try on - but it will take some “warm up” days before we are ready to RIDE on. Congratulations 🍾🎈 on a big step toward maximizing your day, let us know if meditation is here to stay 👇🏽

Meditation Challenge Day 9 - Raelene Schott mentioned breathing out as “letting go” in her meditations, does anyone have a mantra that goes with breathing in your intention and breathing out letting go? 👍🏽 to say you tried it this week or 👇🏽 to share what it was ❤️
Meditation Challenge Day 8 - “silence is one of the best ways to immediately reduce stress while increasing your self-awareness and gaining clarity that will allow you to maintain your focus on your goals, priorities, and what’s most important for your life, each and every day” - Hal Elrod. So RIDErs... general check in, how is your 10 minutes going? Is it difficult? Does it seem long? Is it getting easier? Where does making 10 minutes to start your day with intention fall in your priorities list? Could I be a meaningful habit?
Meditation Challenge Day 7 - crushing quickly through these 10 days - time flies when you are living with intention! What are your thoughts on today’s meditation quote?👇🏽
Meditation Challenge Day 6 - what is the biggest thing meditation has helped you overcome - whether it was a practice before the challenge or is new to your routine?
Meditation Challenge Day 5 - meditation is a time to be fully present in this moment, but what if the traffic (thoughts) can exist without taking over? What are you finding most helpful to acknowledge the thoughts so you can remain present in your meditation?
Meditation Challenge Day 4 - does the time you’re taking each day offer you greater clarity?

Meditation Challenge Day 2 - Silence is one of the best ways to immediately reduce stress, while increasing your self-awareness and gaining the clarity that will allow you to maintain your focus on your goals, priorities, and what’s most important in your life each and every day.

So what’s next? We will get feedback from our giveaway winners about their morning sidekicks once received - but what is next for RIDE? Let’s start with a 10 day challenge for meditation. Give yourself the gift of 10 minutes a day to focus your intention and find your motivation to unlock your best version of self. When I’m at my best, mediation is the second thing I do every morning - mostly because I worry I’ll fall back asleep if I do it first! So here we go, being predictable and starting Monday, 8/13, by kicking off 10 days of intentional silence (meditation) to focus your thoughts, your motivations, visualizing yourself doing the work to unlock your best life. Comment on the day when you’re done, consider being brave and sharing some of your meditations (or keep them just for you) the benefit comes from the commitment of doing - not the sharing 😉, the comments are to help with the accountability of the commitment.
“start imagining a life of limitless possibilities. Accept the paradigm: my past does not equal my future. Talk to yourself in a way that inspires confidence that not only is anything possible, but that you are capable and committed to making it so.” - Hal Elrod
