Is Chicago sinking? New study claims ‘underground climate change’ deforming ground underneath city 17/12/2023

In the latest version of 'climate change' we have 'underground climate change'. Apparently it is 'deforming' the ground under Chicago causing the buildings to sink.

Because clearly, like the Leaning Tower, it is not possible that the weight of all the buildings is causing them to sink.

Is Chicago sinking? New study claims ‘underground climate change’ deforming ground underneath city The ground underneath the Chicago city is gradually deforming due to “underground climate change”, scientists are claiming. According to the latest study, this phenomenon is called “subsurface heat islands” and is caused by heat released by buildings and subterranean transportation such as s...

Well the insanity in America continues.

Two years ago a folder with 'Russian election interference information was declassified by Trump and copies made.

Now Democrats who fabricated the 'Russian collusion' narrative reveal to us that the Binder is missing and 'highly classified'.

He informed me that 'if I was forced to use Booker T. Washington and Fredrick Douglas as sources, I would share 'selected excerpts' and let the children decide if it was true or not.'

His last response? 'Teachers get the final say'.

"I hope our courts will never countenance the sweeping pretensions which have been set up under the words 'general defence and public welfare.' These words only express the motives which induced the Convention to give to the ordinary legislature certain specified powers which they enumerate, and which they thought might be trusted to the ordinary legislature, and not to give them the unspecified also; or why any specification? They could not be so awkward in language as to mean, as we say, 'all and some.' And should this construction prevail, all limits to the federal government are done away." --Thomas Jefferson to Spencer Roane, 1815. ME 14:350

For the laying of taxes is the power, and the general welfare the purpose for which the power is to be exercised. "In the construction of a law, even in judiciary cases of meum et tuum, where the opposite parties have a right and counterright in the very words of the law, the Judge considers the intention of the lawgiver as his true guide, and gives to all the parts and expressions of the law, that meaning which will effect, instead of defeating, its intention. But in laws merely executive, where no private right stands in the way, and the public object is the interest of all, a much freer scope of construction, in favor of the intention of the law, ought to be taken, and ingenuity ever should be exercised in devising constructions which may save to the public the benefit of the law. Its intention is the important thing: the means of attaining it quite subordinate." --Thomas Jefferson to William H. Cabell, 1807. ME 11:318

"Where a constitution, like ours, wears a mixed aspect of monarchy and republicanism, its citizens will naturally divide into two classes of sentiment, according as their tone of body or mind, their habits, connections and callings, induce them to wish to strengthen either the monarchical or the republican features of the constitution. Some will consider it as an elective monarchy, which had better be made hereditary, and therefore endeavor to lead towards that all the forms and principles of its administration. Others will view it as an energetic republic, turning in all its points on the pivot of free and frequent elections." --Thomas Jefferson to James Sullivan, 1797. ME 9:377

"Men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, -'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness;' and to 'secure,' not grant or create, these rights, governments are instituted. That property which a man has honestly acquired he retains full control of, subject to these limitations: first, that he shall not use it to his neighbor's injury, and that does not mean that he must use it for his neighbor's benefit: second, that if he devotes it to a public use, he gives to the public a right to control that use; and third, that whenever the public needs require, the public may take it upon payment of due compensation." Civic Literacy Report - Conclusion 11/01/2023

Let us review some of the major findings from ISI’s previous reports:

ISI has surveyed over 28,000 undergraduates from over 80 separate colleges, and the average score on our basic 60-question civic literacy exam was about a 54%, an “F.”
At elite schools like Yale, Cornell, Princeton, Duke, Georgetown, and Johns Hopkins, their freshmen did better than their seniors on the same test, what ISI dubs “negative learning.”
Among adults, those with a college degree also failed on average ISI’s civic literacy test, scoring little higher than their peers with a high school diploma.
College-educated adults were particularly ignorant of the Founding and Civil War eras, constitutional themes, and the essential features of a market economy.

Civic Literacy Report - Conclusion An annual National Civic Literacy survey and report to learn to what extent higher education is teaching America's history and institutions to undergraduate students.

Joseph Story - "Another not unimportant consideration is, that the powers of the general government will be, and indeed must be, principally employed upon external objects, such as war, peace, negotiations with foreign powers, and foreign commerce. In its internal operations it can touch but few objects, except to introduce
regulations beneficial to the commerce, in*******se, and other relations, between the states, and to lay taxes for the common good. The powers of the states, on the other hand, extend to all objects, which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, and liberties, and property of the people, and the internal order,
improvement, and prosperity of the state. "

“I consider the government of the United States as interdicted by the Constitution from meddling in religious institutions, their doctrines, discipline, or exercises. This results not only from the provision that no law shall be made respecting the establishment or free exercise of religion, but from that also which reserves to the states the powers not delegated to the United States. Certainly, no power to prescribe any religious exercise or to assume authority in religious discipline has been delegated to the General Government. It must rest with the States, as far as it can be in any human authority.”

Adderly v. Florida, 385 U.S. 39 (1966) 10/06/2022

Footnote 2/1 "Where would we really find the principal danger to civil liberty in a republic? Not in the governors as governors, not in the governed as governed, but in the governed unequipped to function as governors. The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter, benighted ignorance. Relying as it does on the consent of the governed, representative government cannot succeed unless the community receives enough information to grasp public issues, and make sensible decisions. As lights which may have been enough for the past do not meet the needs of the present, so present lights will not suffice for the more extensive and complex problems of the future. Heretofore public enlightenment may have been only a manifest desideratum; today, it constitutes an imperative necessity."

Two Professors Found What Creates a Mass Shooter. Will Politicians Pay Attention? 06/06/2022

They do it for attention, for likes, to be famous like the last guy.

"POLITICO: Are you saying there’s a link between the Buffalo and Uvalde shootings?

Peterson: We don’t know for sure at this point, but our research would say that it’s likely. You had an 18-year-old commit a horrific mass shooting. His name is everywhere and we all spend days talking about “replacement theory.” That shooter was able to get our attention. So, if you have another 18-year-old who is on the edge and watching everything, that could be enough to embolden him to follow. We have seen this happen before.

Densley: Mass shooters study other mass shooters. They often find a way of relating to them, like, “There are other people out there who feel like me.”"

The media is constantly going on about how the 'AR15 is so deadly because of its high power and bullet speed and firing rate'. But is it really that powerful as modern rifles go? It is at the bottom of the list.

Military M-16 use 5.56 ball ammo.........
Most AR platforms are chambered in civilian .223
If the rifle is chambered in .223 Re*****on, then you can only fire .223 Re*****on ammunition through it.
If the rifle is chambered in 5.56 NATO, you can run both .223 Re*****on and 5.56 NATO ammunition in it
The ballistics information on the various calibers is available all over the internet.. This is the information for the 'common' AR15 ammo and the other common rifle rounds in use today. Notice the Muzzle energies. Literally every common rifle round today is FAR more powerful.

The .223 Bullet mass: 55
Muzzle velocity: 3,240
Muzzle energy: 1,265
243 Bullet mass: 75
Muzzle velocity: 3,447
Muzzle energy: 1,979
308 Bullet mass: 150
Muzzle velocity: 2,820
Muzzle energy: 2,648
22-250 Bullet mass: 55
