Made from 30 year old yarn that my mum saved from a baby blanket she crocheted for me way back when.

How cool is it that I get to share these thongs with My daughter ? And I get to teach her a valuable skill!

She's learning to crochet now too 😍 it seems infectious, My oldest started last summer, now her and My youngest always has his hands on my hooks and yarn.

I love these gifts my mother gave me and the privilege To be able to gift them to my children as well ✨️

The pattern is super easy! Works up quickly and you can choose any color combo you want!

I made the eyes a slightly different shape because I prefer a skull with more feeling 😝

This is going to be ironed and hung up in my eldest son's room tomorrow :)
I'm so excited for him to see it!

Took about 6ish hours between calls at work to finish up :)
Now all that needs to be done is attaching it to its wood dowel , and tassels ?

Who thinks it should have tassels ?

I'm thinking along the bottom 🤔

Anyhoo! Project finished! Now back to the other things I need to get done, but always in my world, my kids come first 💕

Some for Veggie stock powder and some for seasoning jars, we got a massive haul of groceries today for free, I am so grateful for these resources that make hard times just a little bit easier 💓✨️

I'm do excited to give this to my eldest 😍 he's got a few projects for me to work away on, but I want this one to be done while he visits for 2 weeks!! So excited to spend this time with him 💓

Out in nature! We went on adventure to Paul lake near our hometown, and it was beautiful 😍 covered in Goose p**p, but still stunning 🙌
