Here we go! I feel like sharing a bit about the process of making this album, since I haven’t released anything since 2019.
After producing and releasing a bunch of music as both a solo artist, with AV AV AV and Diamond Mouth, my stress levels went through the roof leading to my tinnitus becoming very severe.
It got so bad that I was no longer able to work with sound which in turn made my stress levels even worse. Due to that, I had to come to a complete stop from making music.
It was a step back from everything I love and have loved doing for the past 15 years, making it one of the cruelest periods of my life so far. This led to severe anxiety and an overwhelming depression.
But in the end, the break from music and the meeting with my identity, or loss of, was just what the doctor ordered, and as my tinnitus started to decline I started to get back to the studio.
Getting back to creating and performing has been such a blessing, and I realized how lucky I was in the first place for music being such a big part of my life and how much I have missed it.
Now, after a lot of hard work both in therapy and in the studio I am finally able to once again share some of my music with you and it feels pretty good 🙂

This is the first single from my forthcoming album and the video is something I created the foundation of during my absence from music. Hope you enjoy ❤️
