I am a follower of Jesus Christ who writes, directs, and talks for a living. Filmmaker and Cinematic Life Vlogger
4 months later and our love is still as sweet as this marshmellon treat.
Even hurricanes can’t stop this body of Christ from worshipping God.
I’m like the Hamburglar, but for VFF film awards. Robble, robble!

Taking a call from my imaginary agent on the red carpet at The Valley Film Festival. Come on down and watch a film! Or two. Or ten.
Comic-Con is better with brothers in Christ. That’s a fact.
When the devil reminds you of your past, remind him of his future.
I was made for lovin' you, baby
You were made for lovin' me
And I can't get enough of you, baby
Can you get enough of me?
*sigh* Love… whaddya gonna do about it?
Got my hawk cut by my awesome brother in Christ, Johnny, at Alumni Barbershop. This is the first time in 15+ years that I’ve gone in to have someone else cut my hair and I couldn’t be happier. Now to just touch up the red dye so it doesn’t look so orange and I’ll be set!
God has blessed me with the most perfect relationship that I could ever seek. Mandy, you are encouraging, supportive, godly, loving, communicative, and have created an environment where I can be completely and transparently myself. On top of all of that, you are beautiful beyond comparison and your smile is my absolute favorite. I can’t wait to continue this journey with you as we seek where Yahweh will take us.
How’s my smolder?
If you’re at the Paramount lot for Cine Gear Expo 2023 this weekend, I’m hanging out with The Valley Film Festival at booth 128!
It’s my birthday!! 🎈 Here’s how I celebrated at my party on Monday: in a suit with a fruity drink and friends. Yes, I feel old but I’ve got a lot of mileage to go until my engine kicks out. Thank you to everyone celebrating with me.
🎂
In 2022, I opened the Bible 210 days out of 365. Not all of those days were in-depth devotionals. Some days I opened it more than once. A good number of these days were to prepare or do work for my podcast. But this is the first time since I’ve been tracking with YouVersion that I cracked over 200 days.
Why do I keep track of this? Because I’ve noticed that the more I am in the Word, the closer I follow Jesus. I was convicted at the end of 2018 with how little I opened the Bible. I strive to live for Christ even more in this new year and, hopefully, that will be reflected in next year’s snapshot.
Check out the latest episode of my podcast! I promise, it’s a really good one.
Praying for Hollywood - Karen Covell — Eternal Impact Podcast Is Hollywood a modern day S***m and Gomorrah? Or is it more akin to Nineveh and filled with redeemable people?
Congratulations to Jason Hennessey and Hennessey Studios for their 1 year celebration of opening. This is an amazing space and I can’t wait to do more work with you.
IT’S OFFICIAL: I am a child.
Had a great time last night with my family at our Friendsgiving dinner. So much fun, I just HAD to misbehave a little bit.
Many thanks to the hosts:
The latest episode of Eternal Impact is out and it’s a personal one. My friend Ken Dickason takes over the role of host and asks me about my failures, successes, and testimony. Check it out!
From Failure To Faithful - Aaron Matthew Kaiser — Eternal Impact Podcast Is it possible to fail so spectacularly that God can't use you anymore? How broken do you need to be in order to be irredeemable?
Got some fresh threads to rep my amazing church Legacy City Church! If you want some solid teaching and authentic community, join us on Sundays at 10am in Studio City to hear Pastor Josh Thompson preach the unadulterated Word of God.
A few weeks back at mens group for , there were 3 of us named Aaron, so we took a picture and commented on how it looked like an album cover.
I waited until I had something important to work on so I could procrastinate and actually make it into one. What do you think?
Swipe to see the difference between the original photo and the fake album cover for our fake band. 😂
And now you know how to pronounce it properly. 😂
We all make bad decisions from time-to-time, but there are those in society that have to be separated for their own safety and for others. What brought them to this point and continues to attack them, even after incarceration?

The Good Soil That Bears Fruit - Aaron Stevens — Eternal Impact Podcast Jesus taught in his first parable that everyone who hears the Word of God is like one of four types of soil that receives a seed. Only one of those is good soil that bears fruit.

What God Meant For Good - Josh Thompson — Eternal Impact Podcast Have you ever experienced circumstances in your life that were so horrible and heartbreaking that you thought, “no good can come of this”—only to see God work through it to produce something greater?
Great times were had at the Astro Pre-VidSummit BBQ yesterday. We literally grilled WITH A FREAKING FLAMETHROWER. Hottest event happening this week. Haha!
Had a fantastic time this last weekend with my friend Santana Maynard at Le Rêve Salon and Spa in Granada Hills. We got to check out their cryotherapy chamber. It was so cool (pun intended) and invigorating! Thanks for having us! Will definitely be back. P.S. We clearly have a “drinking problem” (or rather a problem drinking). 😂
It’s not Thursday, but here’s a little throwback to August during The Valley Film Festival. We had to test the new step-and-repeat in our filmmaker lounge at Hennessey Studios, so I volunteered as tribute. (Yeah, like anyone had to twist my arm!)

I’ve got a brain itch that can only be scratched by supporting independent cinema. Thankfully I’ve got The Valley Film Festival happening all week! All the screening, panels, and parties my feening, little heart can enjoy. We are united by film!
