These are cardamom, saffron & coconut infused diplomate custard filled doughnuts which are rolled in cardamom sug topped with pistachios and pomegranate 😋💕🍩

Without a doubt probs my favourite cookie recipe I’ve developed with experimenting with different flour combinations, this batch is Gianduja, toasted hazelnuts, salted dark chocolate with rye 😋🍪

Gianduja is basically Nutella’s good looking brother 😅 in my opinion it’s tastier than Nutella but that’s a debate for another day 😇
