Before settling in to work from home today, I loaded up my diffuser with this trio and stepped out of my comfort zone and participated in a virtual yoga flow. Oh how my soul needed it! 💗

Biggest takeaway from my flow was consciously make an effort to SMILE every day 😀 ⠀⠀

Here's a copy of the Cinnamon Sugar Pecans recipe! I just realized my site is down today. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore it!

Ingredients:
1 egg white
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1lb pecan halves (1 pound)
1 cup sugar
½ – 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (your preference)
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large ziploc bag
Whisk egg white, water and vanilla in a large bowl until frothy (you can use a fork or electric mixer, either works just fine)
Add pecans to large bowl and stir to combine, coating each pecan in egg white mixture
Pour coated pecans into ziploc bag, seal and shake to fully coat in cinnamon/sugar mixture
Spread out in a single layer onto prepared baking sheet
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

These poor flowers got the short-end of the stick yesterday. The lucky ones went home with some incredible baseball moms. The rest got shoved into a bag, into a wagon, sat on by a 5 year old and smooshed by baseball gear in 75 degree heat. 🤦🏻‍♀️

My kick-a-cold combo. Always Thieves and always Raven and always together. I’ve been diffusing, rolling on chest, throat and bottoms of feet to ease breathing and boost my immunity.
I couldn’t avoid being in the office all last week so I’ve had my Thieves hand purifier and cough drops in my pocket, Inner Defense and Ningxia on-board every day and hitting ImmuPro before bed every night. You can’t always avoid getting sick. And when you can’t call in sick to work, you have to do your best not to infect the rest. I’m so glad I can find better ways to manage it without all the pills and toxic hand “sanitizers”!
Thieves: an amazing blend of clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata and rosemary essential oils. Created from research based on 15th century thieves / grave robbers who rubbed oils on themselves to avoid contracting the plague while they robbed from the dead and dying. Hate seeing 3 boys touching everything that doesn’t break in one of the germiest places in town, then snacking while we waited in line, that I can’t follow them into the men’s room to police the hand washing, then seeing them touch their own faces, rub eyes, or noses, THEN, picture them coming towards me for a hug or to touch my face or whisper in my ear (also by pulling my face closer with those germy hands!)! 😳 😷

I also do not love hidden toxins found in most “anti-bacterial” products, how they dry my hands out, are overly fragranced (ps: “fragrance” is not regulated and can be masking the smell of chemicals and cause hormone disruption) or blatantly smell like alcohol. 🤢
