Two of our beautiful interclub gymnasts attended Sparkle cup today! Hosted by our friends Illusions! Congrats to both on their amazing performances!!

Proud coaches! Our provincial stream gymnasts Quin, Maya, Makenna, Ella, Lindsay, Georgia, Paige and Stella attended the Provincial ID camp today with many of their friends from Illusions RG!

Provincials day 2 ended yesterday! It was a great weekend.

Provincial Championships day one! What a great night!!

Another great day at Koop Cup! Sometimes things do not go as planned and life throws a loop, proud of gymnasts for adapting!

Today RI is giving a shout out to Maya, Maya has been with our family for many years from recreational to our now level 4A athlete who is leading by example and already helping coach our littlest athletes. Maya is proudly a member of our provincial group, who last weekend became Atlantic champions and this weekend are proudly representing Nova Scotia at Koop Cup. Maya has worked hard this year improving her technique and her routines.

Very proud of you Maya, can’t wait to hear stories of everything soon!!

So very proud of the Nova Scotian athletes from RI and Illusions preforming this weekend at Koop Cup.

Today RI is sending a special shout out to Miss Makenna. Makenna took a leap, about a year ago trying out for the provincial team group, when offered the position on the team she happily accepted it. Makenna has been working so hard this year training for both the provincial group and towards her individual routines. Last weekend she competed at her first Atlantic championships and today she competed as a level 4 individual at Koop Cup in Ontario!

So very proud of Makenna and how far she has come!

Atlantics Day 3!! Another proud day with Quin finishing up in 6A and Maya and Makenna preforming as part of our provincial group and looking so amazing out there on the floor!!

Atlantics 2024 day 1 is a wrap, we are so proud of each our our gymnasts who competed tonight!! Each gymnast went out on the floor and made us proud to be their coach!

Provincials Day 1!!

Jane did her rope and freehand in level 1B! Finishing her provincial championships with a gold medal!

Our level 5 group (Leah, Maya, Sarah and Lily) did both their first and second performances, capturing a gold medal!

Our Level 4 Hoop group (Claire, Makenna and Ella) had their first performance for group and will be back on the floor tomorrow evening.

Our Level 2 Ball group (Paige, Georgia, Stella and Lindsay) had their first performance for group and will be back tomorrow!!

Individuals all go tomorrow!
