A new exit for the feeder track at Blue Lake is nearly ready!

An extension of the one way section to take you all the way out to the grass at the top of the Blue Lake Reserve meaning no more near collisions between the two way traffic 🤜🤛. It meanders through more of the beautiful native forest that we all love so much!
Please respect the trail closures, it’s only for another day, the track be ready to go for the weekend 🙌

The time has finally come Uawa!

Monday, the global leaders of pump track builds will break ground on the brand new community pump track in Uawa park.

This project has been in the works for close to 2 years now, and started off with a community consultation event with the awesome Uawa skate n park development team.

A cyclone came and went, but we persisted, and thanks to the unbelievable support from the fine folks we’re now stoked to say that Uawa will join the world wide network of communities that have benefited from having an awesome active recreation asset right on their doorstep.

Skate, scoot, bike, roll, blade, whatever your wheeled choice may be, we know for a fact that being outdoors, connecting to te taiao, interacting with people, and engaging in physical activity is not only good for physical health, but mental health as well.

Gisborne District Council

Track ready for round 1 and 2 of the World Cup at we are on site helping keep the track running mint. Will be a great weekend of racing.

The World Cup is coming to Rotorua!

Cycling New Zealand North Avon Christchurch BMX Club Velosolutions New Zealand

We are excited to partner with Velosolutions New Zealand to host the 2023 National Championships at the Velosolutions Asphalt Pump Track in Christchurch this September!

The UCI Pump Track National Championships will be staged at the new Velosolutions facility at Bexley Reserve in Christchurch on Saturday 30 September, followed by the UCI World Championships qualifier on Sunday 1 October.

This will be the first time the official National Champion jersey will be up for grabs on the Pump Track, also with the opportunity to qualify for the World Championships in Argentina in November.

The crew have been busy 🐝s for the last few months putting together this beast of a pump track for you!!
It includes a pump track loop, a jumps loop and a smaller kids loop that is adaptive bike and wheelchair friendly!!

This year marks 10 years since velosolutions built their first asphalt pumptrack in Chur, Switzerland!
Since then we have built 534 asphalt pump tracks in over 50 countries 🌍
This year our New Zealand team has built 7 tracks all over the country🇳🇿

🚨event will be run under Covid Red Light settings - vaccines passes will be required and entries limited to 100 so get in quick👏

The Coromandel Pump Track Open date has been moved from March to April 23-24th in light of the current covid situation to protect the community and also the competitors, and still allow the event to go ahead.
The event will run under vaccine mandate protocol, meaning that if you are a participant or a spectator you will need to show your vaccine pass to gain entry.
The event will be limited to one hundred athletes / participants and also a sperate area will be set up for maximum one hundred competitors, more details will be shared and entry on line is now open for those wanting to enter and secure your place. More details will follow, but for now practice your pump!
