Satay has long been a favourite among Malaysians of every race, background and age. This local delicacy has been served here at jacks for over 29 years.

So what’s the secret of our Satay?

Some attribute it to the high quality cuts of meat we use, others believe it to be our marinade of fresh shallots, turmeric, galangal and lemongrass. Further belief is due to the traditional way we constantly baste and hand turn our satay over the red hot grill. But how could we have forgotten our famous Satay Sauce? A classic recipe from Grandma Ho, our peanut Sauce is gently cooked for hours to achieve the consistency and flavour are so well known for.
