Safe Families for Children Lane County

We are supporting a family whose children have been invited to go to an overnight summer camp! We'd love for them to go, but we also would love to send them fully equipped. We are looking for 2 sleeping bags and 2 bibles. Would this be something you could help with?

A family we have served in the past has reached out and asked if we had luggage available for them to use as they move. If you have any luggage or large duffel bags that you no longer need we’d love to pass it onto this family to assist them as they transition. Please let us know!

We have an immediate request for a home for 14yr old girl in need of hosting for a short time. She is a student at Sheldon High School & in desperate need of a place to land & some support. Help us welcome a new baby into our community! A beautiful mom trusted Safe Families with her children this weekend while she went to the hospital and had a little boy. Mom and baby will be in the hospital until later this week. We'd love to support them as they transition into life as a family of 5. If you are interested in gifting this family with a meal or diapers (size NB & 1) please message us!

Inviting little ones into simple moments in your home means offering an opportunity for parents to navigate overwhelming obstacles. Day Hostings provide much needed respite & time for parents to accomplish important tasks that keep families safe & together.

We are in need of two car seats! The kids are ages 2 & 4. The car seats will enable the Host Family to get them & their mom where they need to go safely. New, or clean, used car seats are a welcome donation as long as they haven’t been in a car that has been in an accident. Please DM us if you can help!
