Stopped by our display at after a fun morning of pickleball with friends! Our “I love playing - volleyball” socks are now available!

A misdirected package and the spirit of Christmas.

One of our customers - several states away - contacted us yesterday because they’d received an email notification saying that their order had been delivered but the package had not arrived. We realized that they’d entered the wrong city for the ship-to address, and there happened to be an identical street address in a city 30 miles away.

Since it was too late to ship again before Christmas, we replied: “This may not be possible, but would driving there be an option? Hoping that it’s a nice person that is wondering how to proceed with that package.”

We later received this email: “We were able to drive to this residence this morning and the lady that answered the door had our package and graciously gave it to us.  She said that she was going to take it to the post office this morning to try to forward it on to us.  We exchanged telephone numbers so if this ever happens again, she can reach us.”

I also learned that the customer is a family friend of my husband’s family, and originally from the same home town. Small world!

During this busy season, when our team and other teams work so hard to be sure that all orders are shipped in time for the holidays, we are reminded that each day we are making memories and helping others do the same. Wishing you a meaningful holiday weekend!
