With the fourth industrial revolution on the rise, there is a creation of new opportunities and with those new opportunities there are also displacement of current jobs.as we might say the machines are taking over…for example a pizza that may need 4 people to make will be made using a machine controlled by one operator, hence going to the future a lot of jobs will become redundant.as a professional, one needs to equip themselves with necessary skills to thrive. World economic forum predicts that there are 7 jobs for the future and of those 7 only two are human skills jobs (others tech and data related).Marketing, sales and content production is one of the human skill for the future as human interaction cannot be subdued, its importance is consistent in the changing world.to align with this paradigm shift University of Botswana Marketing Association aims to equip University of Botswana students with future skills in MARKETING

University of Botswana Marketing Association is a newly formed student club founded by young and and vibrant individuals who saw the deep need to support the youth particularly those of the university to enhance and develop their business mindsets and launch them on a journey of a lifetime. We believe in the potential of all hence we create that platform for our members to nurture their capabilities and ultimately flourish. We are synonymous with top tier delivery, so we do this by hosting corporate symposiums, seminars with industry guests and speakers with a vast network and range of discussions and topics.Trends, bread and butter issues, national topic with interests in business, youth entrepreneurship, personal growth, character development and branding, the whole nine yards, that's our cup of tea right there.
