The best thing you can do for your business is to post publicly and not care about the people who disagree with what you post.
I have heard many online business people say they have received negative comments from friends and family when they post about their business and this stops them from posting.
Did you know that you can create a post audience where you can select “friends except…“ and select the people who you DON’T want to see a post?
Aunt Susie says you post too much about mascara... guess what? You can post so she doesn’t see ANY of it.
Is there a friend who is unsupportive of your posting on Facebook, but you just can’t unfriend them? Make it so they don’t see your stuff...
The best thing you can do is just POST and not give a crap what they think. BUT if it’s holding you back, try doing this instead until you build up the courage, confidence or influence to forget what the haters say... even if those haters are friends and family.

Define what you will do, by what time and how you'll get it done in a simple but specific way.
