Chili dog tater tot casserole
INGREDIENTS
8 hotdogs, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 (15 oz) cans chili (with beans)
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to combine.
Pour the mixture into prepared pan and top with 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
Spread the tater tots on top of the cheese layer and bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the baked casserole and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is slightly crispy on top.
Double Decker Pecan pie cobbler
An easy and delicious dessert, especially for the holidays. The easy pecan pie cobbler recipe features a double layer of pecan pie and is perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream right on top!! 🍧🍨🥧
Ingredients :
2 rolled refrigerated pie crusts (2 come in a package)
2-1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted + 1 Tbsp.
2-1/2 cups light corn syrup
4 tsp. vanilla extract
6 eggs, beaten lightly
2 cups chopped pecans
1-1/2 cups pecan halves
Directions :
Preheat oven to 425-degrees (will lower to 350-degrees after baking the first layer).
Grease a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Roll out one pie crust into a rectangular shape (does not have to be perfect, and does not need to go all the way up the sides of the casserole dish).
Add the brown sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Mix well.
Add the 2 cups of chopped pecans and mix well.
Pour half of the mixture over the pie crust.
Roll out the second pie crust and place on top of the mixture (again, the crust does not need to be rolled out perfectly).
Brush or spoon the tablespoon of melted butter over the crust and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and turn the oven down to 350-degrees.
Stir the remainder of the pecan pie mixture and pour over the cooked crust.
Add the 1-1/2 cups of pecan halves to the top of the cobbler. (Either sprinkle the pecans randomly or place in order).
Bake again for 30 minutes.
Allow the pecan pie cobbler to cool for at least one hour before serBing.

New York Cheesecake Cookies
Ingredients
1 1⁄4 cup graham crackers, finely crushed (1 sleeve)
1 cup flour
1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg, separated
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp lemon zest
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter with the brown sugar using an electric hand mixer. Add the egg white and beat until well combined. Add to the graham cracker crumbs and blend until just combined.
In a separate medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar, egg yolk, lemon zest and vanilla until well combined. Set aside.
Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the cookie dough and place on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. (If you do not have an ice scoop, then measure out the dough into scoops of about 2 tablespoons.) Flatten slightly, pressing your thumb in the center of the ball to create a small bowl shape. Repeat with the remaining dough. Spoon the cream cheese into the indents in the cookies.
Bake until the filling is barely set and the cookies are lightly golden, 12 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes on the baking sheets before removing them and cooling completely on a wire rack

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk and mixing well after each addition.
Fold in the chopped pecans.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

Sweet Alabama Pecan Bread
Ingredients: 1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 c oil
1 1/2 c self rising flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 c pecans, finely chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Using a wooden spoon, stir together sugar, brown sugar, eggs and oil in a medium bowl until smooth.
3. Stir in flour and vanilla. Add pecans, then stir until evenly mixed.
4. Spoon into prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
Yields between 15-20 squares.
Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch garlic salt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How to Make Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
Drain spaghetti and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan; put spaghetti on top and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
2 Crescent Roll Tubes
1- 8 oz. package of Philly cream cheese (softened)
2 TB butter (fully melted)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 Cup of light brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of regular White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Glaze:
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract
4 Teaspoons of milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat over to 350F. In a medium bowl, use a mixer to combine the softened cream cheese, lemon juice, pure vanilla extract and the white sugar until well combined.set aside.
Open your crescent roll tubes but do not unroll them Use a sharp knife to cut through them- slicing them.
Make thick slices. Lay each slice on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Use your fingers or a small measuring cup to create a small wall around the edge (to hold the filling).
Using a brush, take the melted butter and add in the 1/4 cup of light brown sugar and mix Brush the mixture over each danish Dollop even amounts of the filling into each of the danishes Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes or until slightly golden brown Let cool and add a drizzles of glaze. Glaze In a small bowl combine all 3 ingredients and stir until smooth, then drizzle over each warm danish Top with cherry, blueberry or strawberry filling!

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup butter
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Frosting
6 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 18x13'' pan.
Add water butter cocoa powder to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl mix together the flour, sugar baking soda and salt.
In another small bowl mix together the sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
Add sour cream/egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until combined.
Once the chocolate mixture in the saucepan in boiling, remove it from heat and pour it into the batter. Mix until combined and no lumps remain.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth with a spatula to make sure it is dispersed in an even layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until set (mine is usually done around 15 minutes).
When the cake is about half-way through cooking, prepare the frosting.
For the Chocolate Sheet Cake Frosting
Add milk, cocoa and butter to a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, remove it from the heat and stir in powdered sugar. I like to beat the mixture with my hand-held mixer to get rid of any lumps.
Pour hot icing over hot cake. Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the cake. Allow frosting to set for about 10 minutes before eating. Enjoy!

3 cups flour

Frosting:

How to make it :
1 Preheat oven to 275°F /135C.
2 Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
3 In a small bowl, mix mashed banana with the lemon juice; set aside.
4 In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
5 In a large bowl, cream 3/4 cup butter and 2 1/8 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
6 Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in 2 tsp vanilla.
7 Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk.
8 Stir in banana mixture
9 Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
10 Remove from oven and place directly into the freezer for 45 minutes. This will make the cake very moist.

Turtle Candy with Pecans and Caramel - Don't Lose This Recipe 😋
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Drop the caramel by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
Let the caramel cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler.

Get a head of cauliflower and cut off the hard pieces and stem but leave the head intact.
Boil the cauliflower for 7 minutes, drain and pat dry.
Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise,
1 cup of parmesean cheese,
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese,
minced garlic, & dried parsley.
Mix together and coat the cauliflower with the mixture.
Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper on it and more parsley.
Bake in the oven 20 minutes @ 375°

2 cans Mexicorn, 1 can Rotel (reg or hot), 2 cups shredded cheddar, 8 green onions (sliced), + 1 cup each mayo and 8oz sour cream and one bunch of cilantro.

HOMEMADE CHICAGO STYLE DEEP DISH PIZZA
Ingredients
1 teaspoon oil
1 pound pizza dough
1 ½ cups mozzarella, shredded
⅓ pound Italian sausage
⅓ cup pepperoni, diced
⅔ cups pizza sauce
½ cup Parmesan
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Lightly oil the bottom, but not the sides, of a 9-inch cake pan.
Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese in first.
Add in the raw Italian sausage on top of the cheese.
Add the pepperoni, and then the pizza sauce.
Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until dough is deeply golden brown.

LOADED BROCCOLI, CHEESE, & POTATO SOUP
Serves 8-10
INGREDIENTS:
2 - 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth
2-3 large carrots, peeled and diced
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed into small pieces
1 tsp. onion powder
2 small heads broccoli (washed and diced small)
3 Tbsp. butter
⅓ cup flour
3½ - 4 cups milk
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic pepper
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot combine chicken broth, carrots potatoes and onion powder. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add broccoli, cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
While simmering, melt butter in a large sauce pan. Whisk in the flour and cook for another minute (or until golden brown).
Whisk in milk and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until it is all melted. Add salt and garlic pepper.
Pour cheese sauce into the large pot and stir until well combined.
Add more milk for a thinner consistency if you like a thinner soup and add any additional salt and pepper needed. Top with bacon pieces and serve warm!!!

FRUIT COBBLER 😍DON'T LOSE THIS DELICIOUS RECIPE😋
Ingredients:
Non-stick Cooking Spray (like PAM)
Pie Filling (use 1 can for an 8″ x 8″ pan OR 2 cans for a 9″ x 13″ pan)
Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix (use 1 box for an 8″ x 8″ pan OR 2 boxes for a 9″ x 13″ pan)
Butter (1/2 – 3/4 stick)
Sugar
Cinnamon
Directions:
Spray the inside of the baking dish thoroughly with the non-stick cooking spray.
Next, empty Pie Filling into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle Golden Yellow Cake Mix over the top of the Pie Filling, spreading evenly. DO NOT add any ingredients to the cake mix – Use it dry.
Cut thin slices (pats) of butter and place them over the entire top of the dry cake mix, with small spaces between.
Sprinkle sugar over the entire top.
Next, sprinkle Ground Cinnamon over the entire top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes. My rule is – when it smells good enough to eat, it is! But, look for a golden brown color.
Allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream (optional). Topping will be crispy…. YUM!
MINI STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TACOS - Don’t Lose This Recipe 😋
Ingredients
5 8 inch Tortillas about 20 rounds
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter melted
1 cup strawberries chopped
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp water
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp cold water
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cream cheese softened
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Pre-heat oven to 400F. Cut 4-5 rounds out of each tortilla shell with a cookie cutter to get about 20 shells. Dip each into melted butter then coat in graham cracker crumbs.
Flip a muffin tin upside down. Place the tortilla pieces in between muffin cups. Bake 10 minutes until just golden brown. Let cool in pan.
Make the strawberry Filling: In a small pot pour water, add sugar and strawberries. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer to soften the strawberries.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and pour into strawberry mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly (mixture will be slightly chunky). Remove to cool completely.
Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, lemon zest and vanilla for 2 minutes, using medium speed, until it thickens. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Transfer to a piping bag.
Fill the taco shells with cream cheese filling and top with 1/2 tsp strawberry filling. Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs, optional!
