Demo has commenced at Third & High. Very excited to see this project come together. Building starts coming down tomorrow and parking garage excavation starts late next week. it's been a fun 15 year run with amazing tenants and we can't wait to see the properties exciting future come together

A project a little under 15 years in the making is finally coming together. Our partnership with Continental & Concord on the Marriott AC at Park and Spruce has started demolition on the site. Very excited to see this project get kicked off!
