So Saturday morning I took my 13 year old nephew out on a mini hike. On our way up he turns around and says:
What made you start doing this?
Why did you start this company?
I chuckled just at the fact he was interested.
My response to him was:
Apart from us talking what have you been thinking about as we have been walking up here. He paused for thought and responded with........ nothing. I looked at him and smiled. He said:
No honestly I haven’t thought of anything.
I responded with..... Exactly. I broke it down how sometimes in life we just need a bit of a break to clear our thoughts.....

So this is for all you guys out there that feel like u could do with a bit of a break and clear your head. We all no a good walk can do wonders for your mental well being.

I am gonna be walking the Offas D**e Path 285km.
Starting this Sunday 21st July
It will be done in 13 days. Chepstow - Prestatyn.

I am gonna open this up to you guys to join me on my Journey....... wait for it.......... Yes at no cost. But spaces will be limited. Under neath on the poster is a rough version of my itinerary. All you will need to pay for is your accommodation, transport and food. I won’t hold any responsibility during the walk, but of course you won’t be put at risk. All details will be ironed out before u join me. Each individual will be allowed to join me for 2 days.

Unfortunately The Munro’s trip has had to be cancelled in August. The accommodation we had booked with double booked us, which left it hard to find accommodation for 16 at this late stage and time of year. Dates will be rescheduled.

However I have now decided to walk the full Offa’s D**e Path to fill in the time. I will be doing this for a mental health charity. I will be opening up my itinerary to you lovely lot where you will be welcome to join me at points along the way. Iv estimated it to take 13 days. More details on this to follow shortly.

Wild camping to be legalised across parts of England and Wales in new scheme A pilot platform launched this week is legalising wild camping in England and Wales for the first time, potentially transforming access to national parks.

After all the inbox messages I have received on last week's guided holiday, I will be putting on a weekend away. This will include a mountain walk, a lakeside campsite and a waterfall plunge pool/lagoon in North Wales. The cost for this will be £30pp this will include your camping fees.
