Just a fun loving mini aussie trying to make it in the world. Check out my Instagram for more! @axel The lady talked to us while he was getting the puppy.
Axel's story: at the base of the house was a chain link kennal with my puppy sitting outside by himself in the dirt. He was filthy and covered in flees and had probably never been brushed a day in his life. He growled and barked at us when we approached we where then met by the lady we talked to on the phone (she was in a wheelchair) and her son. The son had an anger problem of some sort based on
the way he acted and the certain things he did. He went up to the kennal and opened the gate but Axel huddled in the corner not wanting to come out and was very fearful of the son. The guy then entered the kennal and leaned over Axel to pick him up. At this point Axel snipped at him and the guy made the most hideous face full of rage I still remember it to this day. He grabbed Axel by the scruff and tossed him out of the kennal without a leash or anything. Axel ran to the lady in the wheelchair and hid next to her for the whole visit. We asked her how old he was and what was his name, she told us he was 8 months old and did not have a name. Axel then came to live with us fear aggression and all. He did not know how to play with toys or what a loving touch was. He only wanted to hide and be left alone it took only a few weeks to gain his trust and a few months to learn how to play. He has the biggest heart of any dog I know and I would not trade him for the world. He is my soulmate
