In ancient yoga teachings, there are five ethical principles called Yamas. The fifth Yama is aparigraha or non-attachment. The practice of non-attachment is a significant aspect of your yoga practice.

When on the mat, your focus and concentration on the pose are essential to balance. When your thoughts wander, that’s when you fall out of a posture.

🚭 Break free from the sedentary trap! 🪑 Did you know, sitting is the new smoking? Let's ditch the sedentary lifestyle and embrace a healthier, more active you by utilizing some of these suggestions:

1. Walking Meetings: Skip the conference room and take your meetings on the move. A breath of fresh air and movement can boost creativity and productivity.

2. Water Breaks: Stay hydrated and set a goal to get up and take a short walk to the water cooler or restroom every hour.

3. Stand-Up Desk: Invest in a standing desk or create your own by elevating your computer. Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day.

4. Lunchtime Workouts: Use your lunch break for a quick workout. Whether it's a brisk walk, a jog, or a short workout routine, it's a great way to stay active.

5. Stairs Over Elevators: Opt for the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. It's an excellent way to get your heart rate up.

Remember, small changes can lead to big results. Mix and match these ideas to find what works best for your lifestyle.
