Gentle Reminder: Take a few deep breaths, get centered. Information, tech, opinions, our own thoughts... the flow can sometimes overwhelm, so a regular practicing of bringing yourself back to yourself is simple and good self-care.
Your body is constantly picking up information from your energy field and signaling you through physical sensations and felt sense of being. These are normal and important communications for each and every one of us. To strengthen this channel, a good starting point is to simply tune in and listen to the communications of the body regularly -- make it part of your self-care practice.

Your body is an oracle.
How absolutely amazing is it that through your body, you are able to sense when something is on-point, or a little “off”?
From your personal health — to the energy of the people and places you come into contact with... your body is there with guidance for you.
But… let’s remember it’s up to us to honor the wisdom of the body.
The whispers, messages, symptoms, signals, and feels of the body… this isn’t noise to be noticed and then dismissed. Its sacred communication that is unique to you and your body.
A wonderful daily practice is to take a few moments to journal about the communications you received from your body that day. You can use an actual journal or a note-taking app.
This daily practice will allow you to start affirming patterns in the way your body communicates with you. Over time, you'll be able to track trends in your energy flow and health.
Life can get so busy, that sometimes when we feel our body giving us a nudge or whisper, that communication gets lost in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Finding a way to intentionally tune into the wisdom of the body regularly can be life-changing.
