Here at Mindful Mocha Mama, we are focusing on building a relationship with your intuition. If you are anything like me I had to start from the basics and trusting her was a bit rocky at first. Eventually I gained more confidence because I began to practice listening, reasoning, then acting. Try it out for yourself.
Strengthen your connection with your intuition. Reconnect to your intuition by starting with asking questions of yourself when something feels off. Don't just push through. create the space to inquire and listen.
There is wisdom inside us all. When we were young we trusted our gut until we were taught that messages from the outside were more important than our own intuition. I don't know about you but I'm in the season of listening to her again.
