Pinata!!
Final week finished off with a trip to NRD learning about plants, the 2nd attempt having the horse show, hot air balloons at the Mitchell Fair grounds, a trip to the zoo to see and learn about several animals, all finished off with a few wacks at pinatas!
The 3rd week was more about crafts, trying new things, and rockets! We also had a visit from the nice lady from Doves to teach us about relationships and proper communication.
The 3rd week was the most fun packed week! We Visited the Legacy of the Plains museum. They got to pet a few animals, ride in a wagon, and play with sand and puppets. We also visited several murals of art all over our beautiful town, including walking around the Gering Civic Plaza and going to a movie at the Midwest Theater.
The 2nd week of camp, we learned about bridges, why we have them and visited a local bridge. We also had an ice cream social, and went to the airport.
Good Morning! My apologies for posting so late. We had SO many awesome pictures that we just could not decide what to share this year.
