I just want to say thanks so much to each and every one of you following this little journey, for all the messages, notes of encouragement, likes and reviews.

It really does make a difference and I hope that if you ever need a little encouragement or someone to talk to you know I’m here ☺️

'Working from home is the dream' they said! And, don't get me wrong, there's still plenty of perks, like coffee on tap and being flexible with kids getting sick.

👉🏻 But, not enough people talk about the challenges, like beating the temptation to watch Netflix in your PJs all day, or the loneliness of being on your own all the time.

Luckily, I've got this down pat. My top tips for staying productive while working remotely?

1. Make bullet lists of things that take top priority in your day.
2. Time blocking, give yourself an hour on certain topics take a short stroll outside then focus on something else.
3. If feeling uninspired remove yourself from everything for 10mins, breathe deep and just clear your thoughts.

What is something you have found super hard this week?

I actually struggle working on my own I really just don't enjoy it 😄

I get bored and distracted way too quickly, I often think having someone to bounce ideas off and hold me accountable as well would be so good!

Um, how is it November already? This year is absolutely flying by! But, I'm keeping my eye on the prize!

This month, my biggest goal is to make 10 reels because I know it's going to help me keep focused on creating relatable and interesting content for you guys!

The sweet smell of orange blossom wafting through the air will take you straight to those summer nights.

For some reason it always reminds me of holidays, I think because over Christmas we usually head up to Kiateriteri and it's fruit galore up there and they have these amazing mandarin bushes as in HUGE, I also LOVE mandarins and it's those warm nights, your picking fruit, laughing scoffing your face it's just the best.

Let's be honest, we all have those days where we'd much rather hide under the blankets than face whatever it is we're meant to be doing.

We're all human!

But, I've found that on those days when I still need to show up, there's one hack that allows me to fake it til I make it.

My number one confidence tip for those days when I'm drowning in self-doubt is to turn the music on blast and shake that b***y, twirl your way around the living room, It works every time! 💃

Have you tried something new lately?

Exploring new blends and scents can be exciting and nerve racking, you don't want to get it wrong as materials are expensive right but on the other hand you have to try or you can never move forward with products or in business.

It's a challenge getting it right, but who doesn't love a challenge 😉

How’s this year been for you?

👉🏻 I’ve actually found this year really hard, motivation wise I think when you are a creative person you are consistently coming with ideas all the time but then always second guessing yourself too.

This year for me has been one of self reflection too, what do I REALLY want, am I heading in the right direction, am I doing the right thing? Should I study next year?

So many questions but not so many answers right now…🤔

It's the little details like stamping logos on calico bags that can make all the difference and bring that special little package to life.

I enjoy putting things together sometimes I over think everything though and second guess myself consistently 😬

What's something you really enjoy doing in your job?

I just love these little faces on these rollers so much, they make me smile every time I package one up for you guys. Did you know I had the idea and drew them VERY roughly on a piece of paper which then Steph from bought to life and made them look as cute as they do now!

I'll be the first to put my hand up and say I am no artist haha

Did you also know our labels used to be black + white?

We have 3 different sizes of our room sprays!

30ml, 50ml, 100ml so why 3 sizes?

To be honest it was a mistake 😂

The bottles arrived and I thought I had just ordered the 50ml and 100ml even couldn't figure out why the labels were not fitting then as I was going through the box TaDa there was smaller bottles 😱

I'm not mad about it they are such a cute size and make a perfect gift!

So I haven't been shy about...

My love for books 📚 I have always been an absolute book worm, as soon as I could read I would be up till all hours sometimes with a flashlight under my covers travelling through countries, going on adventures and dreaming of my ideal pony, there is something about books that for me I can put myself in the book feel the emotions, the excitement I 100% even cry in some books 🤣 And don' t even get me started on romance novels 🙈

I struggle to put it down as I get so invested in the story and the characters. It's my escape from reality sometimes.

I'm curious do you do family meetings in your household?

We hold a weekly meeting where whoever is holding the "special item" usually a spoon 😂 is the one to talk and we go around and say peak and pit of our week and then discuss if there is anything that is bothering us and go over jobs for the week.

The kids look forward to it every week, I think because it's also that chance for them to be heard.

Honestly some weeks I genuinely can not be bothered, it takes effort but defiantly worth it and it's really interesting hearing from the kids what has been hard for them or what they loved the most. It surprises me!
