Frosting:

How to make it :
1 Preheat oven to 275F /135C.
2 Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
3 In a small bowl, mix mashed banana with the lemon juice; set aside.
4 In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
5 In a large bowl, cream 3/4 cup butter and 2 1/8 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
6 Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in 2 tsp vanilla.
7 Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk.
8 Stir in banana mixture
9 Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
10 Remove from oven and place directly into the freezer for 45 minutes. This will make the cake very moist.
11 For the frosting, cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
12 Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
13 Add icing sugar and beat on low speed until combined, then on high speed until frosting is smooth.
14 Spread on cooled cake.
15 Sprinkle chopped walnuts over top of the frosting, if desired or hearts!.

How To Make Hot Fudge Brownie Bread
Step 1: Add the brownie mix, hot fudge sauce, eggs, and vegetable oil in a medium bowl. Combine until smooth.
Step 2: Transfer the batter into a non-stick greased loaf pan until about 3/4 full.
Step 3: Place inside the oven and bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through.
Step 4: Remove from the oven and cool completely in the pan. You have to be patient or your bread will stick in the pan and your bread will lose its bottom.

Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni
6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups chopped lettuce
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.

2 boxes instant lemon pudding 3.4 oz each
3 cups milk
1 container Cool Whip 8 oz, thawed
1 can lemon frosting 16 oz
Directions:
Prep a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Line with graham crackers.
Mix pudding with milk; beat for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip.
Layer half the pudding mix over crackers, add another layer of crackers, then the remaining pudding. Top with last crackers.
Warm frosting in microwave 30-40 seconds and pour over the top.

For the dough:
1 package active dry yeast
cup warm water
1 cups warm milk
cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoons salt
4 cups flour, divided
cup shortening, melted
For the orange icing:
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoons orange zest
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk, cup of the sugar and salt. Stir in 3 cups of the flour. Mixture will be runny. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Stir in the remaining cup of sugar and shortening. Add remaining 1 cups of flour. Dough will still be wet this is ok, dont be tempted to add any more flour. Let rise until double, about an hour.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, cream butter for icing. Add orange zest, juice and powdered sugar and beat until well incorporated.
After second rise, dump dough on a well-floured surface and divide in half. With a floured rolling pin, roll each half into a large rectangle, about 18 inches long. Spread each rectangle with of the icing. Roll up into a log from the long side. Cut each roll into 9 sections about 2 inches each. Place cut rolls into a greased 913-inch pan. Let rise until doubled.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
After the final rise, bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before frosting with the remaining icing. If freezing, allow to cool completely before cutting apart and placing in zip-top bags you can fit about 9 rolls in a gallon-sized zip-top bag.
To reheat, remove individual rolls from the freezer and reheat in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds per roll length of time in the microwave will vary based on the strength of your microwave and the size of the roll. ENJOY!

Ingredients:
3 cups Idaho potatoes, peeled, boiled and cut into cubes when cool, approx. 1 lb.
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. smoked sausage
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Cut skinless smoked sausage in half, lengthwise, and then chop into 1/2 inch "half moon" cuts. Cook in a frying pan for about 15 minutes, turning frequently to SLIGHTLY brown.
Meanwhile, put cooked & diced potatoes in 2 quart casserole. Add cooked meat and give it a gentle toss.
Mix all remaining ingredients except for shredded cheddar cheese & the paprika in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, melted and smooth. Use a whisk and stir constantly..
Pour white/cheese sauce over potatoes and meat. Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top, and then sprinkle paprika evenly over the top.
Bake in preheated 350F oven for 35-45 minutes

1 1/8 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 - 2 cups bread flour , or all-purpose flour
Topping:
1 1/2 Tablespoons salted butter
2 cloves garlic , minced
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl or stand mixer combine 1/2 cup of the warm water with the sugar and yeast. Stir to combine and let rest for 5 minutes. Add the remaining 1/4 cup warm water, olive oil, salt and vinegar.
Begin mixing on medium-low speed and gradually add the flour --knead for a few minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic it should be slightly sticky, but not so sticky that it sticks to your clean fingertip. Mine is usually ready with 1 1/2 cups flour Cover the bowl with a dry towel and allow to rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F with a pizza stone inside or upside down cookie sheet inside.
Gently punch the dough down. Place a large piece of parchment paper on your counter and use your hands or a rolling pin, but its easier with your hands to spread the dough into a rectangle about 1/3 inch thick.
Mix melted butter and garlic in a small bowl then spread mixture evenly over dough, all the way to the edges. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Transfer the dough still on the parchment paper onto the hot pizza stone in the oven. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

1 onion diced

3 stalks celery, diced

1 cup milk
cup heavy cream
1 tsp minced parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp flour corn starch can be substituted
1 cup finely grated cheese of your choice
How To Make Best Homemade Potato Soup
Add the bacon to a soup pot and cook until the fat is crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. Pour off most of the bacon fat, but do not clean the pan. Return the pan to medium heat and add in the onion, celery and carrot
Stir and cook for two minutes, then add in the diced potatoes, salt and pepper and any other seasonings you like
Pour in the broth and bring to a low boil
Cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes start to soften
Whisk the flour and the milk, add to the pot and stir continuously
Cook for another 5 minutes
Carefully scoop out to of the soup and process it in a blender or food processor until it is smooth
Add this back into the pot slowly and carefully so it does not splash back on you and burn

復燎復燎復 Broccoli Cheese Patties 復燎復燎復
A delicious way to sneak in some veggies!
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of melting cheese such as cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda, cut into small squares
Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it into a patty in the palm of your hand.
Place a square of melting cheese in the center of the patty, then fold the edges of the patty around the cheese to enclose it completely. Shape it into a round patty, making sure the cheese is sealed inside.
Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese squares until all the patties are formed.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the broccoli cheese patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cups brown sugar light or dark
- cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups M&Ms Red, white, and blue mix, or other colorful candy-coated chocolates
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet fully with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
3. Lightly beat the eggs to break the yolks. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter and sugar mixture and fully mix with an electric mixer into the wet ingredients.
4. In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients together.
5. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a little at a time until fully mixed with an electric mixer.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips and one cup of the M&Ms until evenly mixed into the cookie dough. The dough is thick, so if using a hand mixer, this step is best done with a wooden or silicone spatula.
7. Spread the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Take a few extra minutes to press the dough evenly into the pan.
8. Sprinkle one cup of M&Ms across the top of the cookie dough.
9. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. When you tip the pan slightly, the center of the dough should move a little but not be raw in the center.
10. Allow cookie bars to cool for at least 20 minutes on the pan. This step is crucial as the bars continue to bake on the pan and can be difficult to move without breaking if removed too early.
11. Once cooled, cut into 36 even bars and enjoy!

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, melted
16 oz powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix cake mix, egg, and butter. Press into a greased pan.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla. Add butter, sugar, and cocoa.
Pour over cake layer and bake for 40-50 minutes.
