Greetings all,
Time seems to be passing quickly. The course will be starting soon. I have been studying anatomy and movement in preparation. The most important movement is that created by the breath. Without the inhale and exhale not much else as far as movement can happen. For the next few weeks pay more attention to the movement of air, energy and awareness that comes with the breath.
