Before and after photos of a 1 owner 1963 Glasspar that needed a rebuild. It has been structurally reinforced, refinished and repowered. New seats and steering. Much of the trim and hardware was cleaned and polished to keep the authentic feel and gelcoat was matched to a Sikkens basecoat paint by Jeff Lohr. Lots of polished clear coat to make the whole boat pop. Great winter project for a great family. See our 2 slideshows for the steps involved to bring this boat back to life!

An email from one of our customers...
Here are some pictures of your masterpiece after an early morning on the water this week.
From the rub rail to the leaning post and the cleaned up sides with the mindless graphics removed, this boat reflects so favorably on your great work, imagination and knowledge of what will function efficiently. There is nothing I would remove or add.
At 19 feet it incorporates a lot of great features from stability on the wide front deck to economy and speed with a 90 in the back.
The CC Skiff does not have a self bailing cockpit so I keep an eye on it closely as I leave it in the water.
It is easy on and off the trailer and effortless to tow.
Thank you for all you did and you made it fun and informative for me as it unfolded! You are amazingly talented!

Beautiful sunset view from the shop!
Below is an infra-red picture with the effects of the vacuum pump method we use on a Tiara hull sides. The light blue and dark blue areas signify water evaporating and showing cooler temperatures in the surrounding areas of hull side.
Red Ranger Tug polished and waxed. Pettit bottom pain. Came out beautiful! ☺
Structural repair to fiberglass and the always challenging black gelcoat finish!
Before and after photo of damage to blue paint. Looks like it was never scratched! Beautiful repair job! ☺
Working on a beautiful Chris Craft teak table. Preparing top and bottom using Awlwood primer and gloss clear. More pictures as we progress!
Getting ready to start the Triton!
The guys got even more creative, and re-purposed this tv stand for our infrared heaters in our shop. We are one of the few companies who specialize in moisture intrusion in boat hulls. We are factory trained in vacuum pump moisture removal of wet coring. No more peeling the hull to get to the damaged core material!
Tiara in the shop with after gelcoat with non-skid additive is applied. Photos by Steve! ☺
Pursuit with Balsa Core had moisture penetrated through the hulls. The blue line was the original high moisture mark. Our vacuum process has brought the level down to below the red line.
