Exercise is essential for you body, that doesn't mean you have to go out and run a marathon, even the simplest of exercises each day is a huge benefit to you body. The world is your playground sets a template to get you on the way to better fitness with a fun exercise each week that you can do.
- First set yourself a goal
This can be having more energy to run with your kids in the park, to run a
marathon, lose weight. This is a personal goal you set for yourself
- Move of the week
Each week there will be a move submitted with an easy, medium and hard version. You pick the one suitable to you.
- Take a picture
Sometimes when you play hard you forget how far you've gone, take a picture to track your progress. We'd love to see what you've been up to and can get featured on this wall or on the website! CAUTION:
Please avoid the move if you have an injury that could be directly affected by doing the move. Some moves require a lot of strength and if you cannot get the correct alignment practice the easier version until you've built more strength or avoid practicing if it directly affects your health. Ensure you have done a suitable warm up before attempting the move. Always work within your own limits and abilities and talk to your doctor is you have any medical concerns.
