2. Club and player focus - North End is built on the idea that we are not above the club, not below the club, but equal partners in building the best atmosphere in the A-League. It is not us and them - whether it be MVFC, South End, players or otherwise. Those who wear the Blue and Silver 'V' are part of the same club, and the idea of division within a club is simply ridiculous.

3. Transparency and respect with the club and fans - We are working with the club to bring back the atmosphere to the grounds, and we believe it is important to have a two-way relationship with MVFC where both parties compromise with each other. That said, it is us, the members, who run and control North End. Additionally, it is important to be open and respectful to our fellow fans. Abuse, booing and discouragement of fans is unacceptable and takes away from our great culture. Individuals who wish to be a part of North End must subscribe to these principles. We are all together in creating a better atmosphere for the club and fans. The most important thing is to have fun and support your team. North End is ACTIVE and as such, it is important that if you sit (stand) here, you contribute. There are seats right to the sides where people can sit down and watch without chanting or actively supporting the team if that is what you prefer. ACTIVE SUPPORT - We have already mentioned it, but feel it needs to be touched on. If you don't want to contribute to the atmosphere in North End, sit to the bays on th side. You can hear all the noise without contributing. If you're not standing up and contributing, step aside so someone else can take the seat. More rules will come as time progresses. FAQ:

Q: What is your relationship to the 'Northern Terrace'? As it stands, NT as they were have ceased active support (at least in the North End). There are two sides to the story: the club's version and that of the NT. They are the only two people who know exactly what happened. We are not involved with NT, but instead we are a newly born group of North End members trying to bring back the atmosphere to the club. There have been a lot of accusations and claims by different groups but this is our word on the issue:

We as supporters of the best club in Australia believe we're not above the club, their rules or other fans in the stadium. All in all it is all of our responsibility as fans to create the best atmosphere for the players and our club. We are not involving ourselves with the politics or the hostilities between NT and the club, and we don't believe we're in a position to understand it either. All we care about is building back the massive hole that has been left since NT left, as well as building a healthy relationship with MVFC. It is more about what we can do for the club than what they can do for us.

2. How can I get involved? Come down and chant! You are already a part of our club, and as an inclusive group, there's nothing stopping you from participating in our active support. What we put into the group is what we will get back. COME ON YOU BOYS IN BLUE!
