-Beginning of Summer party is today Saturday, June 1st from 2:00p - 4:00p. We will have a foam party for the kiddos, pizza, and assorted drinks for refreshments. Important things to know:
This event is for Creekside residents only; please no guests.
Pool fobs are required to enter the pool and access to the event
Please do not park in the parking lot after 1:30p to allow the foam vendor to set up.
Cars in the parking lot after 1:30p will be requested to be moved.
Please follow all pool rules and if you see something - say something

Creek Clean Up this Saturday 5/18 from 10a-12p.

Our annual garage sale is this weekend, April 26th - 28th.

HOA dues are due tomorrow (March 31st). We've emailed out receipts for every payment we've received to date. Local checks are taking up to a week to get to the PO Box. If you need to drop off a check, email us for a local address in the neighborhood. We're at 75% payments received so far with more that we know are in the mail. Thank you!

Check your email. We sent a March update out Tuesday evening. Lots of upcoming events (ie. our 1st monthly stream clean on Saturday from 11-12pm).

Also, remember 2024 dues are due March 31st. Invoices were emailed late Feb. If you need a payment plan, contact us now and not after the deadline.

Creekside North- bulk pick up today (Monday 3-4) for you. Sorry it didn't occur on Friday.

Residents: please remember to have your blue glass bin out for final collection and bin pickup tomorrow (March 1st). Even if your bin is cracked or damaged, still put it out for pick up. If you don't place the bin out, there will be a $10 non-return fee issued from the company.

Quarterly bulk pick up is also tomorrow.

Yard waste collection should re-start tomorrow since it runs March-November.

March 1st is a big day in the neighborhood!

Here is our glass recycling schedule for the new year. Our pick up day is Friday.

Bulk pick up tomorrow (12-2). One large item per household. Get to know your neighbors if you have more items to set out!

FYI: There will not be a food truck this evening. However, we will be releasing details for a fall kids activity in October. So stay tuned! Go Chiefs!

Creekside’s heavy item pick up is this Friday! Gardner Disposal will pick up 1 item per home excluding concrete, construction/demolition debris and Freon-related appliances. Please call if you have questions about the size or nature of the item you need picked up.

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow at the pool party. We have decided to get 2 types of meat as well as cheesy corn, beans and coleslaw. If you would like to contribute you are welcome to bring an appetizer, salad or dessert but your presence does not require it. Food will be served at 5:15 and the balloon artist will be available from 5:30-7. It is going to be a great evening!!

The 4th of July parade is coming soon. Here is the parade route for both participants and spectators.

Join us at 10 am for the annual parade. Decorate your bike, trike, scooter or walk to celebrate Independence Day!

Parade starts at the corner of 157th Terrace and Dearborn, continuing down Dearborn as it turns into 157th Street and ending at the pool parking lot. Bomb pops at the pool for all who participate and bubbles for the kids as well.

If your home is on the route, please step out and cheer on our participants!

We've been notified by the city that the new playground in Creekside park will be installed over the next 2-3 weeks. Please keep children out of the area until the work is complete.

Stream Clean Up this Saturday and Sunday in Creekside Park, from Nall to the Gazebo. We will provide trash bags and gloves for anyone who would like to help. On Saturday, we will meet at 3pm just off Nall and work towards the Gazebo. On Sunday, we will start at the Gazebo at 3pm and work towards Nall.
