When working with polyester and cotton/polyester blend T-shirts, dye migration can be a problem. Dye migration is the dye in the t-shirt being heated to a temp (265°F+) where it causes the dye to turn into steam or v***r and "migrate" from the threads in the shirt to the ink layed on top ruining the art work layed on the Tee. This can be avoided with the right tools like low cure additives and so on to creep the temps as low and controlled as possible. In this situation I sent my art work over to my friends and they took care of it for us and you can see the difference. The supacolor difference 👍🏼🤙🏼 thanks now this is something we can deliver with pride.
