Why? Because most strays are super smart! Once you missed your chance, you might never get another to trap them again. Which also means.. you would have to keep trying before more stray babies popping 👀👶🏻

[ 12 shelter doggos neutered 🐕 ]
With the extra funds raised from a previous project, our teammate Soo contacted members of Persatuan Pencinta Haiwan Melaka, a private animal shelter to neuter 12 of their doggos. Of course, many are still in line to be neutered. Neutering is the only humane way to get the shelter populations under controlled, besides rehoming them 🙌🏻
Shown here are the process of transportation, preparation and screening before their neuter surgeries last weekend 😻
Swipe left: Neutering for the last doggo was rejected due to poor body condition score. All animals were screened before going through amesthesia 💉
Join us in June’s neutering programme: 11th & 12th June @ Melaka‼️
[ FAILED DOG TRAPPING ]
A week ago, our teammate Soo was called up to assist in trapping a heavily pregnant dog.
The doggo turned away despite being lured into the humane trap with Kentucky Fried Chicken (which most strays would usually fall for) 😰
We suspected mama dog has been well-fed that day. And Soo decided to attempt another day.
Guess what happened when you fail to trap and neuter a heavily pregnant doggo⁉️ Do check out our next post for the latest updates 💆🏻♀️
