Our inaugural North Texas United Spinal Pickleball Fundraiser tournament hosted at Chicken N Pickle - Grand Prairie was a lot of fun and huge success! We can’t thank you all enough for the support! With your help through participation, sponsorship donations and raffle/silent auction bids, we are happy to announce we were able to raise over $5,000! We could have not done this without each and every one of you and your involvement! The money raised will help us continue to serve individuals here in North Texas living with a disability- allowing us to provide local resources of groups currently assisting our consumers, improve independence, help gain employment, encourage advocacy and foster social growth!

In addition to tournament play, we will have a dedicated court for spectators and standing players to try out a sports wheelchair and see what it’s like to play Pickleball from a wheelchair player’s perspective!

We're so proud of our Rotarian Cristina Todd who brought together Plano West Rotary Club and North Texas United Spinal to fund an all-terrain wheelchair custom-built for Bethany Elementary 5th grader Kate Chudy. Kate will now be able to participate in field day and 5th grade camp independently and successfully!
