Biography,
Originally formed as a three piece in 2001, Desert Reign has played venues all across the high desert including Apple Valley's 4th of July Freedom Festival twice, Apple Valley's concert in the park etc.
The band found themselves quite instep with playing Journey tunes and had added enough to almost be considered a tribute band! A second guitar player/ friend was eventually brought in to help lighten the load. The band had quite a following.BUT!!!.......
Desert Reign "disbanded" in early 2012 due to one member's struggle with mental insanity. He has since recovered and found his zen.
As of January 2019, Desert Reign has reunited as a three piece and having more fun than ever, with a couple Journey tunes fresh to the list and a few requested originals perhaps.

The rockin’ team is made up of brother/sister duo ‘Sam “the Man”-Zano’ on bass and vocals, ‘Alman “Z” Zano’ on percussion and vocals and Mr. Dougie Sunshine on guitars and vocals whom created “The Sunshine Experience” to showcase his colorful song writing
