Summer time is coming and is usually the worst time for us. If you can please consider helping us in way, we care for almost 300 cats and 7 dogs. We really need to ensure they get the proper care especially that adoption has been very low this year.

Consider;
- Contributing towards vet bills
- Donating food and litter
- Fostering a dog
- Old furniture, towels and blankets

Invoice #13:
Cherry girl, the mass in her eye was getting bigger and started to impact her motion. She started losing balance and lost her apetite. So it was time to remove that mass.

She had her surgery and stayed during recovery and was discharged yesterday from the clinic to continue medication for two more weeks.

Please consider contributing towards her bill at RV clinic al waab and DM us for details.

Missu- one of the unplanned rescues this year. Missu was left at the government vet gate, apparently she wasn’t taken inside as the wounds weren’t cleaned.

Missu was a total mess, positive to Giardia, positive to toxoplasma, and had an exposed infected open wound. She was in an accident but the damage can’t be fixed. Only solution was to amputate the leg and treat the inflammation.

Good thing so far is that she is now able to empty her bladder to almost 70%, the rest still needs to be expressed. Her bill was extremely high so we weren’t able to keep her in the clinic anymore. She needs to continue medication, keep the surgery area cleaned and after 1 week needs to go back to have the stitches removed. She hasn’t been spayed yet as her blood was awful and she barely made a decent level for the amputation part.

With her bill we most probably are blocked now, we have a lot of pending bills again for cases that we’re partially covered or nothing covered at all. If you can please help us to reduce the debt, and close some of these bills please DM us for details. Or contact Royal vet clinic al waab.

Our beautiful overlooked fur babies that have been struggling to find homes of their own. We would love if 2024 is the year they find fosters or homes!

Leah 🤍 - she is the most recent member of our little dog club. She is anxious (and can be snappy) but once accustomed to her home, she’s a sweet girl who loves to cuddle. No kids, okay with cats and dogs.

Mia 🤍 - we rescued Mia with a litter of 9 puppies who all got rehomed except for her. She has been with us for around 4 years and a half already. Mia is charismatic — loves to interact with people — but she doesn’t like dogs. No dogs, cats and kids older than 7. Mia is overweight!

Valentine 🤍 - rescued on Valentine’s Day 2023. Valentine is a goof who loves to be the center of attention. He adores kids, any patch of grass and open water. Kids older than 7, no cats and no other dogs.

Miles 🤍 - rescued from a car accident- the youngest among all, he is around 9 months now. Miles is clumsy, doesn’t know how big he is and thinks he’s a baby. He is cat tested, dog tested and has been around kids younger than 5. We would still prefer he goes to a home with kids older than 7.

Dexter 🤍 - Dexter has been with us the longest — since he was almost 2 months old. He is now almost 5 years old. He is active, loves attention and exploring. No dogs or cats and kids older than 7.

Lucy 🤍 - paralyzed yet still adorable. Lucy is getting quite anxious with her paralyzed cat friends. She would love a home with no other dogs, cats and kids older than 7. Someone who would be willing to learn how to care for her.

Please DM us to learn more about them. They are absolutely gorgeous, well behaved, everyone who met them love them.

We would also like to organize walks twice a week for these guys, if you wish to participate please DM us, we will soon create a form for that. Walks require pick ups and drop offs- group walks will be announced 3 days ahead, but for now the plan is to start from Tuesday 20/2, and will be twice a week.

Update: Millie’s bill has been completely covered 🤍

Meet Millie!

This poor pup was found by a lovely lady who wanted to help her but has no experience with dogs. The first vet that saw her told her she had an accident with no X-rays or proper check up done.

Poor Millie was actually diagnosed and tested positive to Toxoplasmosis, which is as the first case of Toxo for dogs we see. She has been at Royal vet clinic under treatment for 9 days already.

This baby will need a proper home, she can’t go back to the streets, she can’t go to boarding and she can’t be neglected in anyway. Can you foster her?

We are also in need of help with her medical bill as it’s quite high already and she will need to stay for another 10 days at least.

Please reach out if you can help.

Thank you Sarah for taking Tortii in ❤️

Lucy is still looking for a loving home. Lucy left the clinic after two months of treatment. She was absolutely in a horrific state and her life was at stake. The first five days were very critical.

She is a strong baby girl, eager for attention and love. And really deserves a home of her own.
She is now sharing the room with her Paralzyed kitty siblings.

Lucy is easy to handle, can be expressed and cleaned easily. All she needs extra than any other dog is to be expressed which is an easy process and gets even easier by the day.

We are not giving up on her and we are hoping someone opens their home for her .
We would like to thank Mays for the bed and toys, Amna for the amazing photos

If you wish to contribute to Lucy’s remaining bill, an amazing lady covered the first 30 days of treatment. Now it’s pending from 21/12 until 11/1. Dm us for the bill.

Our sweet Dexter 🥰

Meet Ellena! Baby girl that loves to play with ⚽️. She featured in one of our World Cup videos last year, demonstrating her talent.
Ellena is around 18 months old now, she had a calici at a young age and hence she has foggy eyes. She still sees and all, and surely this is not impacting the quality of her life.
Ellena is vaccinated and spayed, looking for a loving home. Please reach out if you wish to meet Ellena.

Meet Chloe! Our baby girl Chloe was found in a feeding station in old airport. It was clearly dumped as she was considered to be a defective product 💔 Chloe is one of the sweetest in the house, loves to sleep in bed with humans, climbs backs as a bird. Still a bit shy and not as competitive with other cats and hence she never steals the light, and no one notices her.

Chloe deserves a perfect home of her own where she can be pampered and spoiled. If you are the one for Chloe please reach out.

We haven’t operated her eyes either but luckily they aren’t infected so a daily cleaning routine would be more than great for her.

13/11/2023

Meet Monaco! The sweetest most charismatic kitty. Monaco had a previous eye inoculation surgery, and that was almost 2 years back. However in the past two weeks she developed an abscess in the eye sack and had to be drained out as she didn’t respond to meds.
She is now waiting for another weeks before she can be operated again.
We are looking for a good home for Monaco, her main problem so far has been with the litter box, if it’s not fresh she wouldn’t use it 😅
If you can foster, looking to adopt or can sponsor Monaco please reach out.

Picking up where we stopped.. Meet Yo-Yo! Rescued as a three months old baby boy from a very busy area. He was running around the streets looking for food.
It’s been 3 years already since that day and this boy is still in love with food🦦 he had a very compromised immune system so we never actually had his eyes operated. The good thing is he didn’t have any infection so far.
He is a low maintenance kitty, we would love to see him find his forever home. Are you the one for Yo-Yo?

Photos from Furry Good Deeds's post 07/11/2023

We have tons and tons of pending bills 😔 we really need to reduce or close our balances with the clinics. It’s impacting our cats and even critical intake cases.

Please reach out to know more about the cases and the clinic’s account details.

02/11/2023

Meet Pumpkin! 6 months old baby boy. Not sure if he is related to Anabelle, however they were dumped together, same park, same day.

He is the loveliest cuddle bug. He starts meowing the moment he hears a foot step and climbs laps and shoulders. He sticks like a glue and doesn’t like to be away from people. He is ok with other cats, didn’t have a single fight.

He lost a bit of a weight as he caught flu, and he will need his eyes operated and to be neutered as soon as he is feeling better. Good thing is we had pumpkin vaccinated so the flu is mild

If you wish to foster, adopt or sponsor Pumpkin 🎃, please reach out.

Meet Anabelle Jr! This baby girl who is barely 5 months old have been through a lot since the day she was born.

She lost her sight at an early age, we found her when she was nearly two months old. Had the worst flu that took her months to recover from. She was hospitalized first at Aleef vet, where she stayed for near 3 weeks. She had an abscess in the back, that made her very weak.
And it didn’t end up only there, the little girl is with pleural effusive FIP 💔 she is currently under treatment and feeling much much better. She is one week in treatment and she is almost back to herself.
She is a shoulder cat, we would love to see her climbing shoulders again 🥰

It’s hard to ask for a foster now for Annabelle since her treatment will take another 80 days. However we will ask you to keep her in ur mind and maybe consider fostering her after the treatment period.
We also ask if you can help close her pending bills with royal vet clinic (attached) and aleef ( we will post it soon)

30/10/2023

Meet Bonita! This 2 years old girl is as sweet as honey. Though she lost her sight at a later stage of her life due to being sick and not being treated when she was a baby, but still finds her way around easily.

She is a lap cat, loves being cuddled, loves catnip toys and is extremely affectionate.

She is truly desperate to find a foster or forever home. Please open your heart to this sweet little girl.

29/10/2023

Meet Tima! Nemo’s sister. She is a very sweet girl, she isn’t so confident as some other cats so needs to be approached. She loves being pet and talked to. She also missed her flight with Nemo, and since then she didn’t have any application.

If you are interested in fostering Tima, please fill in the foster application.

28/10/2023

Meet Pikatchu! The sweet three year old boy, who has been with us since 2021. Was barely 4 months old when we rescued pikatchu.

He had an eye removal surgery as he was already blind since an early age. It was just to remove the infected eye.

Pikatchu was supposed to travel in 2022, but unfortunately lost his spot. He is still waiting for a foster or a forever home. He is so easy to manage and doesn’t require alot of work.

If you think that Pikatchu deserves a chance please apply to foster/adopt this boy

26/10/2023

Meet Edna!! This three years old girl joined us as a kitten, she had a gangrene in the tail which was amputated back then and had a severe case of flu. It took her a very long time to recover and becomes a happy girl.
We haven’t been able to get the left eye closed yet due to the frequent emergencies we have so we have to set priorities based on case severity. She hasn’t been lucky so far as many of our cats that need eye surgeries.
Edna has a very sensitive tummy and needs to be on Royal canin sensitivity control + gastro food. If the food is changed she develops diarrhea and becomes weak.

It’s very difficult to control the food with the big number we have, so if you think you can offer this sweet girl a loving home or even a temporary place please DM us.
If you wish to sponsor her surgery or food, DM us for details.

25/10/2023

Meet Star! Star was rescued from an abandoned area. Was stuck in the roof of the closed building. We asked Umair .rescue.qatar to help us get her and he sent a team to rescue the girl.
She had a lot of skin lesions and still develops small ones from time to time. She can see a little but still needs both eyes operated. She also needs to be spayed.
If you wish to sponsor her eye surgery, or spay, please DM us.
Star is a bit shy but when she trusts a person she is sweet. If you wish to give Star a loving home please fill in the application to start the fostering period.

24/10/2023

Meet Nemo!! Nemo has entropion and can barely see. We rescues Nemo with his two sisters, which will star other posts soon, in 2020. They were supposed to travel to UK in the same year but due to the pandemic their trip was cancelled.
Nemo still needs his eyes fixed to see a bit better, and is looking for a loving home of his own.

If you wish to sponsor the eye surgery of Nemo, or you wish to foster or adopt, please DM us.
