I get to coach people to live a healthier lifestyle- specifically around food. 30 days to Healthy Living program showed me that I didn't have to be addicted to sugar or count anything (macros, calories, points). I have learned so much about how my body works and how to serve my mind and body best.
On Monday August 13th, I will be jumping into another 30 days to Healthy Living program (with extra modifications)!
Eating right doesn't mean perfection. It doesn't mean starving. It means eating yummy, balanced food that serves your body.

I am starting this program next Monday!! June 19th.

It NEVER crossed my mind to think the daily products myself and my family were using could be toxic to our health until I researched them and was completely appalled at what our FDA does NOT REGULATE!!! The good news is you probably don't have oily skin! You probably USE OILY PRODUCTS!
The vast majority of products sold here in the U.S. contain various oils such as animal "oils" (animal byproducts) and mineral oil (petroleum). Mineral oil is derived from petroleum, which is derived from crude oil. The other thing derived from petroleum is gasoline. GROSS. (Google animal derivatives in cosmetics if you dare...)
You'll notice NO OIL pooling around the Arbonne products. All Arbonne makeup is free of chemical preservatives, has NO mineral oil, and no pieces or parts of animals!
