My name is Yulia Petrichenko! I am from Ukraine. I came to America in 2022 and was fortunate to join an amazing team of miracle workers. Put the mission first, bring hope to the hopeless, make a difference in the world that desperately needs it – this is more than a job for me, it’s a vocation. Excellence comes easy when you work with people who are passionate about people!
About me a bit. In my early twenties I found and managed a private school for extracurricular learning. I was lucky to marry the best man in the Milky Way galaxy, and we have a cat named ALF. My hobbies include noticing new things about the things I think I know, reading speculative fiction and, well, writing it. I was definitely born at least a century too early, but, hey, since I’m already here, let’s make it count!

Meet the Mission First Fundraising team!

Matti Eason graduated with a bachelor's in social work accompanied by a certificate in non-profit leadership from Missouri State University in 2023. She has worked in the non-profit sector for 5 years and in the fundraising world for 3 years. Starting out as a behavioral support tech, then to school-based social work, she knew she wanted to do more for the community. It was the glitz and glam of the galas that sparked the interest, but seeing the joy and generosity that comes from every event has kept that fire alive.

Matti says, "Working here at Mission First means that I get to play a part in supporting non-profit organizations all over the United States. Creating positive impacts in the communities we serve has filled my heart with so much joy! When I'm off the clock, I fill my time with art, iced coffee, loved ones, festivals, and exploring nature with my beautiful dog, Skye. I believe that giving grace and having faith is important to living a fulfilled life. My goal is to continue growing and developing into a person I am proud to be. I can't wait to work with you and am excited to see what the future holds for your next fundraising event!"
