GCYAA Cheerleading is a youth cheer team for grades 1 thru 8.
Saturday's car washers will include the GCYAA JV & Varsity Cheer teams. Come see us! 😊
🚨🚨🚨 IN 3 DAYS🚨🚨🚨
Come out, get your car washed, have lunch, pick up some Haven of Love merch, and SUPPORT OUR PUPS!! See everyone there.
To all the Cheer Dads, Happy Father's Day!
We have more Parks & Rec Bond signs! Want one? Email your address to: [email protected] & we will drop it by!
We have been working to update the previously distrubuted signs with the correct wording of "Bond" instead of "Millage." If you currently have a sign that still needs to be corrected, please email us your address!
Thank you!
Official press release will be coming out soon, but you’ll start seeing these yard signs spread throughout the city of Garden City. Both these fantastic youth sports programs support the proposed Parks and Rec millage. If you would like a sign on your yard to show support, please send a email to [email protected].
Remember, this millage vote is taking place AUGUST 6th.
Congratulations to Jr Coach Ally!! We are so very proud of you 🧡💙

This weekend we are excited to be releasing our 2024 GCYAA Cougar Football schedule in two parts… a little today, a little tomorrow! Why the extra drama and suspense, you ask? Well, because the most exciting part of your 2024 Cougar Season we are going to release today, in a few seconds, and we want that to sink in before we release the rest of it. So here you go, we give you the last game of the regular season…
Wait, the last game? That’s what the most exciting part of the schedule is… the last game? What about the other games leading up to it? When is Homecoming and who are we playing? There has to be something better you can give us than simply the last game… that seems a little lame and unfair. I am over this post already!!
Okay, suit yourself, I guess you can stop reading then… I guess you don’t want to know that the last game of the regular season will be on Saturday October 19th against the Commerce Chargers. We will be the home team but will be playing at an away stadium. Not sure if any of you have ever heard of this stadium, it is a “little” place with a “Big House” nickname. Yes, that is correct… no delayed April Fools Joke here… your GCYAA Cougars will be playing the Commerce Chargers in “THE BATTLE OF THE BIG HOUSE” to close out the 2024 regular season!
We will be releasing more details on the specifics of the game in the coming months, but we are excited for this opportunity for these kids to play in one of the most iconic stadiums in all of sports. GO COUGARS!
Congratulations to the following 8th graders for making the GCHS JV Cheer Team! We are very proud of you & wish you the best as you continue your cheer career! 💙🧡

Who are we?! GC! 🧡💙
Some of each level's team members from all 4 GCYAA Cheer teams performed at Little Caesars Arena today prior to the start of the Pistons game. This was an optional post-season performance of a routine they learned at only two practices. They did amazing! 🧡💙
