All orders will be processed within approximately two BUSINESS days, provided that the full payment has been paid, items are in stock/available and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders will not be processed on Sundays and holidays. To CANCEL or MODIFY your

• We will not be able to cancel or modify your order after order has been processed (normally 10pm EST nightly).
• Due to the international location of our business, our products are sourced from an overseas distributor; thus, we are guided by a specific shipping timeframe when accepting orders from customers. For timely delivery, all orders must be fully completed within a 3 week timeline in order to avoid any delays such as public holidays, weekend days, shipping clearance etc. Return & Order Policy
Should a shipment of 15 pairs of footwear or more, required to be returned to its manufacturer, satisfactory details must be presented on why the product is being returned. If it is due to a damaged product, a thorough report must be presented before a refund can considered. This is the avenue that is taken and is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions because ‘Nikki Phoenix Enterprise’ is a Women’s shoe distributor and NOT a footwear manufacturer.
