The often imitated but never duplicated, Killer Q BBQ will be in Charlotte NC this weekend for the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ show in Ballantyne's Backyard Sat, May 18. 2024.
VIP session from 12pm-2 pm, Gen admission session is from 2pm until 6pm.
We will barbecue 3 whole hogs for sampling at the Porcus Maximus booth.
Pitmaster John Crane has a birthday the same day. Come and get your love, put some South in your Mouth, stay smoky and keep your Q hand strong!

Come on out y'all. We're in Sunny Tampa Florida again for another Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Saturday, March 9 from 12-6pm. Drink Eat Relax Events puts on the best shows.
We have 6 beautiful pigs smoking away as we speak, as well as brisket, chicken and smoked beef sausage with all the sides you love.

Grand Champion Pitmaster John Crane and his Killer Krew are back at it and we'll be serving up some Killer Q BBQ at Atlantic Station in Downtown Atlanta GA this Saturday, Feb 24 for the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Show. This is our season opener and we're kicking it off by doing 2 mouthwatering presentation hogs for our attending BBQ enthusiasts.
We'll also have succulent NC pulled pork, true Texas style brisket, pulled smoked chicken, smoked beef sausage and St Louis ribs.
We will be in Tampa, FL for another show from Drink Eat Relax Events and yes, we're doing a few pigs there too.. Greg and co run the best events in the business. Glad to be paired up with such awesome folks.

Today marks 1 year since the sudden loss of The Boss , David Kimbrough RIP brother. 😔
We deeply regret to inform you that we lost one of our pitmasters David Kimbrough this weekend. His passing was sudden an unexpected but all indications are that it was from natural causes. He did not suffer. David loved bbq, had a big heart, was an amazing cook, and his presence was felt wherever he was. His absence will leave a giant hole in this world. He was loved by many, and we will always miss him. We are eternally grateful to have had him for the short time we did. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers so they may find peace.
We promise to stay smokey brother.

Thank you Atlanta. That was epic.
It's cool and drizzly but tomorrow is gonna be a KILLER day in Hotlanta. Who said that? I said that. Come on by if you're in the area. We have 20 briskets, 18 boston butts, 50lbs of pulled chicken and 40 lbs of smoked sausage.
White cheddar mac, ranch beans, skillet corn and potato salad. Yea buddy, all that and Kings Hawaiiaaiianiiaanian rolls. Huh? Yep.
We'll have sandwiches, platters, nachos, bbq sundaes and loaded mac. 2 lines to ease the pain of waiting for the Killer Q.
As the greatest prophet of the 20th century would say. Meka Leka High, Meka Hiney Ho.

When we're gearing up on Wed, Thur, Fri, for Beer Bourbon and BBQ Festival on Sat.
It's a labor of love.
When it rains it pours. 3 hrs of amazing weather, eager eaters and good times. 1 hr of monsoon like storms. But the people stayed, the skies cleared and we were underway once more. Turned out to be a , how shall I say it, Killer Show.

Another show in the Sunshine State. This weekend finds us in historic Tavares Fl, on the banks of Lake Dora with perfect weather.
We love it here. Close to home, lots of energy, wonderful people. Worth visiting.
