Office work has been my primary job lately. I am in software services tech implementation, and funnel building after all.

But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t wish I was outside more, moving more, and motivating people like the old days as a fitness pro.

At 55, my body has been fighting back and bucking my system. I've worked with Functional nutritionists, I've gone to hormonal experts and I'm glad and not so happy at the same time to report, I'm not gaining weight anymore. I have so much more to say but for now, I thought I'd start here.

So this summer, I'm taking full advantage of my “slow season” (the one I accidentally, intentionally set in motion 6 months ago when I lost interest in the grind) to spend more time outside with my aging dog Jeezy and digging deeper into what kind of movements will heal, help and invigorate me again.

So now that I've embraced this change, I'll be sharing my experiences, trials, wins, and failures.

3 Ways to deliver your course content:

1. Put it all out there, let the customer decide where to start. This also allows the ability to jump around.

2. Drip content by time, spacing out when the content is available. This is good when it's important to have a base before diving into the heavy stuff OR when you have folks starting together on a specific day.

3. Unlock content by completing a task or section before the next content is available. This can be done by simply clicking complete OR by a Q&A that is filled out. One can even have a pass/fail which unlocks the next step only if passing the 'quiz'.

Here is an example of a list builder freebie to low ticket offer.

During this process, we've decided to use the content to segment her current email list. Yes, we could have just sent them the offer but this was the perfect opportunity to use the content and process to start providing specific content based on activity and desire.

So work 1x and use it twice!

My clients work hard to come up with content so we can communicate through email, blogging, sales pages and thank you pages.

So I love finding ways to use the process for more than 1 thing. This funnel will be evergreen also and run on autopilot!
