The juicyiness in growing older is truly owning who we are. One of my Taiwanese students had a photo of me from 2002. I was 40 years old and it was really confronting for me to see how old and heavy my vibe was compared to now being 62. I'll take ageing in a healthy way anyday, as it has such an emotional freedom in it. Be real, be you and age young.

And just like that it's time to head to China. I have travelled so much for so long and people ask me if I had a fav country apart from Australia where would it be, and for me it's Taiwan. A totally hidden gem. The people. The vibe, the peace amongst a busy country works. Which is probably why it's so good. Not spoilt yet. Maybe a surf trip is here next🏄🏽‍♀️

Understanding the value of my taking radical responsibility for what is in and not in my life was a game changer for me. No matter what is happening I look for the gift.

What if, if at the end of each day, we asked ourselves “Why have I created this? What is the lesson?” we might begin to comprehend the underlying purpose and its value. Yes that can be uncomfortable and i promise it's worth it.
