Although great Arabica beans have been produced by Yemenis for centuries, us brothers know that hard working Yemeni farmers have a tough time getting their best beans to coffee lovers like you. So, we started KINSIP with a simple vision: sip by sip, help improve the lives of farmers while bringing you premium Yemeni coffee. After nearly two years of work, we’re thrilled that we’re finally able to
bring you our first batch of authentic, high quality coffee from the Haraaz region of Yemen. It’s marked by villages perched atop mountain peaks and breathtaking scenery. Thousands of feet above sea-level, coffee farmers in Haraaz carve terrace farms into hillsides and irrigate with pure rainwater. After harvest, they dry their coffee on fiber mats and separate the beans from the cherry without using water. This centuries old natural process keeps the coffee’s distinct, earthy richness.
