Two and a half years ago we started on a journey of discovery. We set out to learn from our donors, volunteers, and clients what they felt our community needed from us. We conducted stakeholder engagement, we researched best practices in pregnancy care ministry and our board deliberated over our options. After careful thought and prayer, it was determined that we would move forward on launching a new clinic at our current location.
The new clinic will offer sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment, urine pregnancy tests, and pregnancy options counselling done by our registered nurses. As we grow we will be looking at adding other supportive services as well.

What’s in a name?

We all need hope to cope with the difficulties of life. Cultivating hope is a pivotal component to the care we provide. Another crucial component of our care is to help foster whole person wellness. We aim to help our clients achieve wellness in all areas of their life: physical, mental, social, intellectual, financial and spiritual. As we have worked to grow our services, cultivating hope and wellness, our board has been looking at growing our brand within the community. After a great deal of engagement with donors, volunteers, clients, and our target demographic, we have made the decision to rebrand to Hopewell Clinic and Pregnancy Centre. We value our Pregnancy Care Centre legacy, and we want to see it live on. We also want to proactively show our community how we are growing to include the clinical services. We believe that by focusing on Hope and Wellness as well as offering clinical services, in addition to our incredible supports that exists, we will be able to come closer to our vision of providing care to every woman in our community who is experiencing an unexpected pregnancy.
